She has 2 good news items that she is very busy with right now:
1. Judge Carter is ‘giving her expedited discovery - immediately’.
2. Judge Land will allow her to present before the court in GA. She is leaving now to fly to GA to appear before Judge Land at the Federal Building in Columbus, GA at 2:00 pm tomorrow (Friday, 9/11/09).
She would like as many military supporters to be there as possible. I called Carl Swensson (RiseUpForAmerica.com), and he will see what he can do. If you have any contacts there, please advise them.

Here’s another suggestion to the birthers that may actually have some benefit. I assume Oklahoma has an attorney general, and I assume he or she is Republican.
Have him start an investigation as to whether Obama engaged in fraud to gain access to the Oklahoma ballot.
That would be a criminal matter, through the proper channels, and within the statute of limitations.
I’m sorry, but I have a fundamental problem with using civil litigation to answer questions that are fundamentally political in nature.
I have a whole family that is friends of ours and they are blonde haired, blue eyed South Africans. The youngest was born there and was 2 when they came to America. They lost their farm when the government decided that it was ok for black citizens to machete white farmers and take their land.

I don't consider determination of suitability of character and loyalty for the finger that rests on the thermo-nuclear launch button to be "political". It's a matter of pure survival.

It must've been for reasons other than simply taking the anti-Birther position. There's a number of ways a Freeper can get his account banned. Simply debating the Birthers is not one of them.
Jim, wisely, seems to be hedging his bets. He'll let the Birthers speak their piece but it doesn't appear he's going to throw his whole forum behind endorsing their position.
If someone is from the 0 team, with the sole purpose of supporting 0bama and subverting legitimate discussion, such person is a troll and should be banned.
Otherwise, this place would become DU and KOS in a week.

Looks like he got into a bit of a pissing match with Jim. Jim always wins those. Account appears to still be active. Maybe saquin's account was suspended? Passworded? Who knows. He hasn't posted since.
Arguing with Jim on his forum will put any Freeper, no matter how long they've been here, on thin ice.

Steviep96 appears to have something of a professional knowledge of legal procedure and is questioning Orly's courtroom tactics. That doesn't make him a member of O's team and an Obama supporter. There's a lot of good conservatives who are shaking their heads at Orly's circus.

I love Krauthammer. Maybe he is saying since Russia and other countries have given up on communism that it will never work anywhere. We still have the CPUSA that firmly backs Obama and I am positive his mother and grandparents were members.
I have given this a lot of thought on just what obama aspires to. Socialism is out because that principle is government provides for the people by owning all production and revenue. No capitalism allowed which obama seems to be headed for.

And - fundamentally - I don’t think the courts should interfere in the political process.
