1. Judge Carter is ‘giving her expedited discovery - immediately’.
2. Judge Land will allow her to present before the court in GA. She is leaving now to fly to GA to appear before Judge Land at the Federal Building in Columbus, GA at 2:00 pm tomorrow (Friday, 9/11/09).
She would like as many military supporters to be there as possible. I called Carl Swensson (RiseUpForAmerica.com), and he will see what he can do. If you have any contacts there, please advise them.

I hope she's sensible enough to report and let her case work it's way through the legal channels. Otherwise she's got a whole new set of worries.

But this is a problem of American citizens’ constitution - not the GOP. The GOP is real happy with Juan in charge and he does not care about the best interests of American citizens nor the constitution. The GOP hates anyone asking the questions being asked about The One because they know they helped subvert the constitution just like they help subvert the law on immigration every day of the year.
The DNC and the GOP look at the constitution like a wolf looks at a lamb. They are in bi-partisan agreement, as disloyal citizens of the globe, to kill freedom and the middle class. I want their butts kicked in court, many times over. I want the constitution enforced.
If we do not enforce the constitution, we have no constitution by default. And it is obvious the legal profession is committed to assisting the wolves to subvert the constitution. We have one dentist from Russia with an on-line law degree that stands up. That is it!!!! Everyone else thinks the constitution is partisan politics to be overcome and defeated! Screw Them!
I am sorry for my anger. If feel like our Nation, our people and our freedom have become the latest buffet of a ravishingly corrupt and dangerous political, economic, legal and social elite. If they want to end the constitutional Republic, let them try to change the constitution - not place themselves above it like dictators and royalty.
