Name a form that has listed African as a race. Post the form.
Someone did investigation and found that in the 60s, the State of Hawaii on documents did not use the word “African” to denote rate or ethnicity. They posted a list of the words used, unfortunately I did not save a link to the thread or the poster’s name.
“African” and “black” were not on the list, “Negro” was.
