She has 2 good news items that she is very busy with right now:
1. Judge Carter is ‘giving her expedited discovery - immediately’.
2. Judge Land will allow her to present before the court in GA. She is leaving now to fly to GA to appear before Judge Land at the Federal Building in Columbus, GA at 2:00 pm tomorrow (Friday, 9/11/09).
She would like as many military supporters to be there as possible. I called Carl Swensson (RiseUpForAmerica.com), and he will see what he can do. If you have any contacts there, please advise them.

Certainly the plaintifs can't count on him doing so before discovery, so they need to "discover" the birth certificate which proves his father was not a US citizen, under the "two citizen parents" theory of the meaning of "natural born".
Yes, cases like that amaze me, but they are not uncommon. All human beings, even intelligent ones, are susceptible to falling for crazy conspiracy theories.

Why hasn’t Obama showed his Hawaiian COLB in the court of law to prove where he was born? It’s so simple.
Well they have two outs, first IIRC, they have said they have seen "original vital records", and have "seen verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record not that they have (actually she has) seen the original birth certificate.
Second, the Certification of Live Birth, even though it's merely a data dump of what's in the state's computer files, is often called a Short Form or Abstract Birth Certificate. And that's not just in Hawaii, but pretty much everywhere that issues an abstract version.

Since Hawaii state officials confirm that the relevant information contained in the COLB matches the state's vital record, namely that he was born in Hawaii, I don't see why this would be necessary.
I suppose it's still technically possible that he forged the COLB that was photographed by Factcheck. However, if the state vital record says he was born in Hawaii, then he can easily get a real COLB that would also say he was born in Hawaii. Why would he forge a COLB when he could easily get a real one that says he was born in Hawaii? It would be absurd.
Even the Kool-Aid drinkers gotta admit, that’s a funny pic! OK, well...maybe not the Kool-Aid drinkers.
