Judge Carter is Granting us Expedited Discovery Immediately
Resistnet ^ | September 10, 2009 | Phil Dedrick

I just talked to Orly:

She has 2 good news items that she is very busy with right now:

1. Judge Carter is ‘giving her expedited discovery - immediately’.

2. Judge Land will allow her to present before the court in GA. She is leaving now to fly to GA to appear before Judge Land at the Federal Building in Columbus, GA at 2:00 pm tomorrow (Friday, 9/11/09).

She would like as many military supporters to be there as possible. I called Carl Swensson (RiseUpForAmerica.com), and he will see what he can do. If you have any contacts there, please advise them.

That is an interesting point about Hawaii’s credibility should Obama be exposed as unqualified. I know McCain, Peloski, Reed, Dean, Hillary and Obama’s media will be in a sore situtation having gotten caught in a communist’s mess. But I had not considered the dummies in Hawaii who claim to have seen his birth certificate when they have not. Or they saw it and know he is an unconstitutional president and they withheld that information from the public to help perp a crime on the public.

I guess the Secretary of States, espeically the ones who refused requests to check his credentials before the electorial college, have a lot to lose in face or maybe in courts, as well.

So many of the political and social/institutional elite have so much to lose if Obama can not produce his qualifications for the Presidency.

I really love all of these TROLL types...

1. I am a genius/legal expert. I KNOW all the answers. And because of that I can predict the future of all BC cases.

2. Smart asses who just post the same arguments over and over again just to upset and disrupt threads.

3. The airhead “I don’t know anything, but.....”

4. The trolls who ask the same questions over and over. Questions that have been answered a million times. Sometimes even in the same thread.
(of course there is always a birther put-down somewhere in the question.)

r u a subverter?

No, I'm a conservative. And this Birther nonsense is doing more harm than good to conservatives. That's why I'm so contemptuous of it.

The problem in this country isn't Obama's eligibility. It is that a man like Obama could get elected in the first place. That's where conservatives have their work cut out for them, to find and support electable candidates with conservative messages that resonate with a majority of American voters. This requires changing hearts, minds and the entitlement mentality that has swept this country.

does the Constitution still stand. It gives citizens the right to question government and expect answers

Protects the right of citizens, not gives the right.

That type of troll bothers me the most.

The only entertainment I get from them is trying to decide if the particular “smart troll” actually believes in their own BS naturally, or do they have to swallow the fool-aid to get through the day.

you said; “But she has put an awful lot on the line and she doesn’t exactly have Ted Olsen or David Boies on her side.”

To me, that does not say much for the integrity of our legal profession. But no surprise there.

If a soldier/doctor feels Obama is avoiding demonstrating his constitutional qualifications to be President, lawyers, if they had any honor and respect for the constitution - their oath and the soldier’s oath - should line up to set things straight for the soldier.

There is a huge culture gap in this country and soldiers and lawyers are on opposite ends of that division. Socialists would say it is because the soldier is not “smart” like the lawyers. I would it is because the lawyers don’t have any honor as the soldier has. I will take honorable over “smart” anyday.

Nice try newbie but we know better here.

Actually he had it right. The Certification is the abstract of the data from the Birth Certificate (or other birth record), the Certificate is original birth certificate.

“A COLB is a certification of live birth, not a certificate of live birth. In the state of Hawaii, a certificate of live birth and a birth certificate are the same thing."

What Obama's "people" posted purports to be a Certification, not a Certificate, it says so right on it.

Drew - how do you figure forcing Obama to produce his long form birth certificate is harming conservatives? Do we have anything to conserve if the elite are permitted to void the constitution through lawlessness? I don’t want to conserve or have power over a communist/Marxist State.

Interesting. Source?
Here on one of the many BC threads. I'll see if I can locate it.
Thanks.

Also, it seems your assuming the MD isn't/wasn't intelligent enough to figure that out for herself before hand. I'll assume she knew/knows full well what potential consequences exist.
I can assure you, being a commissioned officer does not preclude anyone from a spell of bad judgement. I've observed it many times and seen plenty of careers come to a very undignified end.
By the same token, I'll stick with my assumption that she's aware of what might happen with such an action as there's no evidence here that she's a "dunce" (or unintelligent person), while there is some evidence (M.D.) that she isn't.

There are people that put principles and their convictions first over career. Indeed rare, but they exist, and have since the beginning.
Well, if she's going to do this, she really ought to find a better attorney than Orly Taitz. That woman, running from courtroom to courtroom with Lucas Smith's bogus "Kenyan BC" will destroy her.
A matter of opinion, of course. So far as I can tell, competent or not, experienced or not, like her or not: Dr. Taitz has 1) gone the farthest to date and 2) has brought more "media" attention to the issue than any one else (in all their experience).

Instead, he'll be there to sign paperwork in person, at the Hawaii Dept of Health in an to attempt to block discovery.

While he might wish to do that, I don't believe he can. The law provides for release of the vital records by someone whose right to see them is established by an order from a court of competent jurisdiction. Unless the governor of Hawaii is willing to go to the mat for Obama, and remember she's a Republican, the document(s) would be provided upon presentation of a subpoena.

Look, I don't want to wade into these reeds with you, because frankly I find it boring. But, look at that from I linked to from the CDC - it was written/created in 2003. Long before Barack Obama was an fly on the ass of anyone's party. And, HI began migrating to an electronic vital records system sometime in the late '90s.

Hey, you don't seemed to be up to speed with the facts. If you find it boring don't click on these threads. Why don't take your protest to Hawaii. They probably don't give a squat what the CDC says if they can get away with it.

You are free to believe whatever you wish, and you're free to describe those beliefs however you want. But, to believe that the State of HI is changing the nomenclature that they use for vital records as part of some cabal to protect the presidential ineligibility of BHO, is crazy talk.

Likewise, I don't give a hock about your point of view in the face of the much evidence you seem to ignore presented to you.

About that 'vital record' Poopdeck. When is Obama going to show that COLB he proclaimed to the world as a genuine document from Hawaii? You got a gooood answer for that? I'll await your response.

You bet they do. That's why you see so much resistance to the issue, and to why so many liberal disingenuous drones appear on these thread.

"Hey, you don't seemed to be up to speed with the facts."

As seems to be the common case on these threads - unfortunately with much too frequency - you're quick to lob the insults, and slow with the specifics. If you can dispute something I've said, then dispute it. Of course, I hope that you'll cite something of substance in that dispute, but I'm not counting on it. Instead I'll look for the ad hominem attack and unfounded accusation.

It's sad really. At one time, in the not so distant past, conservatism - Buckley's conservatism - stood against the conspiracy theory kooks that were common place in the John Birch Society. Then, Buckley, with his intellectually superior discourse beat the insult-throwing, bell-bottom wearing, peace-sign showing hippies in the arena of political debate and ideological battle. For whatever reason, the conservative movement has devolved into something I'm sure Buckley wouldn't even recognize anymore.

It stems from two things - the migration of the department of vital records from a paper-based environment, to a modern-day electronic environment.

That turns out to not quite be true. The modern trend is to storing, electronically, the original document, where it can be pulled up and printed on demand. The Certification, also known as the abstract or short form, is a result of earlier technology, where on line memory (disk space if you will) was still somewhat expensive. Thus only the minimum amount of information was stored electronically and provided on demand. Until last June, a person could request a certified copy of the long form, it would just take longer to access the original physical document, or a microfilm of it. The Home Lands Program provided instructions on how to request the copy of the "long form"/Certificate of Live Birth. The Certification was the default though, if one did not specifically ask for the long form.

I read about states moving in the direction of electronically storing images of the entire original documents, well before I ever heard of Barack Hussein Obama. Those would be all sorts of documents, not just birth certificates. In some cases the original might be electronic of course, but not documents that require signatures, at least not for a while yet, although it's certainly doable if the signers have access to an electronic signature pad, like they have at Lowes and other places for signing your credit card charges, or that UPS and/or FedEx have for signing for packages.
