She has 2 good news items that she is very busy with right now:
1. Judge Carter is ‘giving her expedited discovery - immediately’.
2. Judge Land will allow her to present before the court in GA. She is leaving now to fly to GA to appear before Judge Land at the Federal Building in Columbus, GA at 2:00 pm tomorrow (Friday, 9/11/09).
She would like as many military supporters to be there as possible. I called Carl Swensson (RiseUpForAmerica.com), and he will see what he can do. If you have any contacts there, please advise them.

I think insurance companies are bastard coated bastards with bastard filling. I hate them all. They are the only entities I am ever eager to sue, to sue often, and to sue again. Having said that, I don’t like Obamacare. I don’t see what adding yet another beauracracy - and a government one at that - to the mix is going to solve.
The fundamental problem in all of this is that no one has ever asked two questions:
1. What do we want our healthcare system to do?
2. How do we want to pay for it?

But not all of them, and that is the problem with the CoLB, it reflects only some of the information on the Certificate of birth. It does not contain the parents birthplace, nor does it contain any evidence of nor explanation for any amendments made to the original Certificate.
In this instance, it's possible that the original Certificate was fraudulently filed.

A COLB is a certification of live birth, not a certificate of live birth. In the state of Hawaii, a certificate of live birth and a birth certificate are the same thing.
I know the parents’ birthplace is an obsession with some in the movement. But it’s not a matter in dispute. Obama’s father is a Kenyan. He could just admit it in his pleading.s Heck, at this point, the judge could probably take judicial recognition of that fact if he wanted to.

Non military Scott McClellan was hammered by the media as he fumbled his way through a long and contentious press conference on President Bush’s military service.

Every long form Hawaiian birth certificate I’ve seen says Certificate Of Live Birth on top.
