Technically, a failure to provide the required information would be a legal admission of the claim against him. More likely, the court would grant full discovery to the plaintiffs, including a court order to the state of Hawaii to disclose the "long form" birth certificate to the plaintiffs.
That is, assuming it ever gets that far. Which, given the way this has unfolded before, is very unlikely.

Good question, interesting speculation. I suppose it would make his orders to executive branch officials illegal for one. Hmm, what about our military? I suspect our senior military officials would stand aside unless Hussein attempts to use them to hold on to power.

That little scenario is not that unlikely IMHO. We’ve argued all along that Obama’s ineligibility is a national security risk. What’s to stop him from using the same argument from the other side?

Then what? The court won't order him to do that, it will issue a suponae for the "birth records" to the State of Hawaii. I'll bet not everyone there is going to be willing to fall on their sword for The One.
