This evening I let my emotions get the best of me when listening to the Presidents remarks regarding the coverage of illegal immigrants in the health care bill. While I disagree with the Presidents statement, my comments were inappropriate and regrettable. I extend sincere apologies to the President for this lack of civility.

You’re also right. Who and what is getting all the ink right now? LOL! It isn’t BO and ObamaCare. This was a stroke of brilliance on Wilson’s part.

Well, technically the House and the Senate INVITE the President (for these events), so it's presumed everybody follows a traditional decorum.
Problem here is the dumb SOB got in there and called all his critics liars, and that's right after he was telling that total BS false story about the guy with dancer, and then he called Sarah a liar, and he called everybody who read HR 3200 a liar.
Guy is a putz deserving of no respect of any kind.
Joe Wilson should have busted the Republican House Whip right upside the head for counseling him.

Hey, I understand the pressure to apologize but the truth he spoke in the halls of congress tonite in front of the nation can never be redacted!

He isnt ball-less. He spoke what all of us thought. He apologized for the outburst, and nothing else.
The outburst lives on.

It's sad - but here's the DC “group-think”. It's OK to bankrupt the country. It's OK to pass laws no one has read. It's OK to vacation of the taxpayer's dime. So what is important? It's important for them to be superficially polite to each other.

So sad. The machine has already crushed him.
I still applaud him.

Nah, he did fine. Kick 'em where it counts and when they are moaning on the floor say you're sorry and walk away.
I mean what are people going to take away from 0's speech. That somebody called him a liar :-)

Not a problem.
Mission already accomplished.
Obama speech completely derailed.
POINT: WILSON!
ABSOLUTELY, Joe’s remarks stole Obama’s Thunder Tonight! Thanks for standing up for the AMERICAN PEOPLE and not the illegals, JOE!
To: ken21
It's all good, he got it out there, I wish he had not apologized, but the damage is done to Obamacare.

I noticed that Rahm was conferring with Lindsey Graham about who heckled the President.
To: Severino
That’s too bad.
His two words were simple yet profound. “YOU LIE”.
