Imagine a Van Jones in a Republican Administration
The National Review ^ | September 4, 2009 | Peter Kirsanow

Posted on 09/04/2009 11:15:54 AM PDT by 2ndDivisionVet

Imagine it's September 2013 and President Palin is preparing to present her massive tax cut proposal to a joint session of congress. She's momentarily distracted by an MSNBC report that her Second Amendment czar, Sig Sauer, has a peculiar history: He was once (and perhaps still is) a Bircher who argued for the repeal of the 14th Amendment. He's also appeared on numerous radio and TV shows calling for the oppressive United States government to be transformed into a monarchy. Shortly before his appointment he was captured on YouTube calling Democrats "a**holes." Another YouTube video shows him ranting about "black gun-control advocates" who confiscate guns from law-abiding white communities. Back in 2009 he signed a petition published in the New York Post calling for the impeachment of Barack Obama on the grounds that he wasn't born in the United States. Sauer has even been arrested twice for participating in riots outside the U.N. and G-8 Summit.

Imagine that during a press briefing, a reporter asks White House press secretary Chuck Krauthammer how a radical right-wing racialist with an arrest record like Sauer could've possibly been appointed to a prominent White House position. Didn't President Palin know? Chuck dismisses the query, saying it's old news since Sauer has issued an apology contending that none of the forgoing actions reflect his actual views.

Imagine that the members of the press corps nod their heads collectively and move on to the more relevant issue of what President Palin will be wearing to the joint session.

Imagine. It's easy if you try.

It would be front page in EVERY newspaper, 24/7 on cable and network news, there would be howls for impeachment, etc..

President Sarah Palin and Press Secretary Charles Krauthammer? I can get behind that! Who's Vice President? John Bolton? Fred Thompson?

If a RINO like Snowe or Collins were president, I could see it.

All of this talk about president Palin makes me think of the phrase, “A watched pot never boils.” The more I think of Obama being out of office, the more his administration seems to just drag on.

This is EXACTLY right...this is EXACTLY what would happen. Jones should be news 24/7 right now if the MSM had any decency...if they appreciated equal treatment for both parties this guy would have been gone weeks ago.

But look at it this way...the more the MSM keeps covering for Obama...the less credibility they have.

Their credibility is very low right now...soon to be reduced to nothing.

And, worst of all, he once killed a smelt in the California Central Valley!

Well hopefully when the pubbies DO take over again instead of trying to make nice they make a recess appointment of Bork to a judicial post.
And they do fire ALL the D.A.s immediately instead of waiting like Bush did.
And appointments of anti ABORTION Czars everywhere.
Etc.Etc.Etc.

Smelt are so tiny you can eat like 30 of them at a sitting. I haven’t been on a smelt killing spree in a while. Have to do something about that.

Imagine that the members of the press corps nod their heads collectively and move on to the more relevant issue of what President Palin will be wearing to the joint session.

I don't have to imagine vis-à-vis Jones and Obama. The state controlled American media (SCAM) are as perplexed as all the rest of the 1960s Marxist-Alinsky hippie street rabble and their ideological issue (children). "What's the fuss about?"

All this stuff about Jones must have the 1960s Marxist-Alinsky hippie street rabble and their ideological issue (children)-cum-Rat Party (formerly the traditional, patriotic Democratic Party) scratching their heads wondering, So?

They are arguably "the Establishment."

Take for example, Jones denounced the United States for having brought the 9/11 attacks on itself.

I can say this about the best and brightest Bee brains of the Sacramento Bee, after 9/11 they denounced the United States for having brought the disaster on itself.

What about Jones and the 9/11 Truthers. What about it? Howard Dean the DNC chairman said the same thing about Bush on national TV.

Bush used Katrina to harm black Americans? Those intimations were regularly discussed on MSM at the time.

Knowing Jones background, President Obama placed him in a position to accomplish radical ends?

The 1960s Marxist-Alinsky hippie street rabble and their ideological issue are just scratching their heads wondering why all the fuss about "social justice?"

The 1960s Marxist-Alinsky hippie street rabble and their ideological issue have worked tirelessly to make this into their America -- and by golly it's their inalienable right to do so. (Or is it treason?)

It is of course the inalienable right of traditional Americans to keep the traditional America.

A clash of inalienable rights . . . .

Concur on that - a whackjob that's dumber than a screen door on a submarine who got his "job" only because of his radical connections. Those "czar" characters all have to get flushed out, ASAP, to eventually be followed by any jagoff that "hired" them. I've heard and read about all I can stand concerning those criminals and eight-balls.
