Sort of the Idaho version of a “Good Ol’ Boys Weekend”?

Pretty much it. We had the same thing going on in the Southern Appalachians when they went looking for Eric Rudolph.

Not sure it will happen yet, but not too surprised if it were to.

Youre like blacks who scream racism when they cant rebut any conversation.

Didn't say you supported Obama. I said that your thought process is what I would expect from one.

You're too comical... first I need to attend Aryan (N)ation meetings (the "N" in Nation would be capitalized, by the way), then in the next post "Youre (apostrophe, apostrophe, apostrophe!) like blacks who scream racism...".

Screen name fits. Congratulations.

No you said nothing about my thought process you said \ Just what I would expect from an Obama supporter.

Why do you resort to calling names instead of rebutting me?

Ive yet to call you a masonic cult dumbass, and I wont.

Why in the world do you celebrate Weaver? Illuminate me please.

Things are great here tonight. The weather is perfect, the beer is cold and you can carry guns.

I don't think he did that until several years later.

I guess you are right. He was a former President when he did that.

"Tussing said the NRA "turned him off" at about the same time that former President George H.W. Bush resigned from the organization. Bush resigned after a 1995 letter by Wayne LaPierre, executive vice president of the NRA, described government agents as "jackbooted thugs.""

In your post 59 you misquoted the poster (Joe Boucher) and completely missed his point.

Then, you post this:

Ive yet to call you a masonic cult dumbass, and I wont.

And you want to have an intellectual discussion?

Not possible. (Although I am impressed that you could spell "Illuminate".)

Now excuse me while I conspire with the other "cult dumbasses" to take over the world.

You must of course also not pay your taxes and go to Aryan nation Meetings to further your career.

You got your misinformation in there. Good little jackboot! Now go polish your tin badge.

The first truth is..life sucks then you die. Once you figure that out you quit worrying.

Im no jackboot, but Im also one to look at the truth and Randy Weaver was into the wrong things and fell in with the wrong crowd and got his family shot..Would you have shot it out with your wife in the house?

After all was said and done where did Weaver go to get support? Every frigging white supremacist gathering and Aryan nation get together he could find. Deny that.

I do deny that. It’s all BS. Weaver had never been to an Aryan Nations meeting until an BATF agent pressured him into going to gather intelligence for them. There was also no shootout other than the boy shooting at a hidden figure in the woods who had just shot his dog. Are you a liar or are you just pig-ignorant of the whole story?

clinton was the mastermind of this fiasco.

Thanks for the civics lesson.

Now could you please tell us what law gave the Governor of Arkansas jurisdiction over the actions of the FBI and ATF within the State of Idaho?

I don’t want to get into this again because you don’t read what I write anyway. I have no personal feelings about Randy Weaver, one way or the other. The issue is the total overreaction of federal law enforcement and the improper way this whole situation was handled, from the original charge to the changing of the “rules of engagement”. (I don’t believe I had ever heard that term applied in civilian law enforcement until this situation.) That’s my only concern in this. For the fourth time, I don’t consider Weaver a hero.

I had this same argument with DainBramage a few weeks ago. He seems to have a lot more facts about this than the rest of us. I’ve only read a book and everything else I’ve ever seen about it, so I guess I’m pretty ignorant. He seems to believe that Weaver was cutting barrels for a living. I’ve never heard that. I agree with you on the shootout thing. Weaver never even fired a shot. Hell of way to conduct a shootout. The only sympathy I have for Weaver, though, is that all he wanted was to be left alone. I can seriously relate to that.

Weaver met a government informant at an Aryan Nations gathering where he told the informant he was having trouble making ends meet. The informant told him he was making money selling weapons. Weaver told him he would like to do some for 100 dollars a piece. After doing a couple for the informant he told him he could do 5 or so a week.

No entrapment here, Randy just wanted to make money and didnt care how. He was an idiot and celebrating him or Ruby Ridge in anyway is rediculous.

I’d like to make a correction or clarification to my earlier post:

In 2008 HS Precision apparently posted an endorsement of their products by the person being discussed on their website and subsequently removed the endorsement. As far as I know, he did not actually work for them, but I may be wrong in the details.

Regards;
