What can we do about Holder/Obama’s Department of Injustice?
I don’t think any serious democrat challengers will emerge against Obama in 2012. Even if they won the nomination by taking the vast majority of the white democratic vote, they’d lose the black vote in the general election and surely lose to the GOP candidate. So a democratic challenge to Obama is a no-win situation and you won’t see Hillary getting into that kind of situation.
Right on both counts. But it would be an embarrassment only if Panetta were honest about why he was resigning, should resignation actually happen.
If it did, the replacement possibilities are scary. Chavez?
He is a career Democrat hack with genuine credentials.
He might better serve his country by staying put and doing what he can from there to stop Obama’s attack on America.

I don’t think stopping attacks on America are on the job description for Democrat hacks. Even ones with ‘genuine credentials.’ But then again, I’m a bit cynical about the dim bulb party. :)

It was clear as of yesterday that his days are numbered.

Most likely, yes. But, we have the following 2 elements which give me hope. First, the appointment is for an agency that 0bama doesn’t understand and hates. Second, the well of full-on incompetence is deep and wide.
Now, when I say “hope”, please don’t take it to mean that I want the CIA and its mission to fail. Exactly the opposite. But, I believe that under this administration, that much is destiny, a near certainty, and I take no joy in it. I’m just wishing for the 0bama regime to continue to subvert itself.
Maybe "wee-weed-up" means the turtle-like retreat of the male anatomy when the fear of emasculation is close by....Hmmmm?

Folks, folks, folks.
Never forget that there’s a blood fued between the Clintons and the Kennedys as to who actually owns the Democrat Party. After Dukakis (MA) bombed in 1988, the Kennedys ran Paul Tsongas (MA) in 1992 and Clinton beat him - and by extension - the Kennedys so the Clintons and Kennedys have had this little fued since then for who gets to run the show. In the 1990s, the Clintons had their way and in the 2000s, the Kennedys regrouped. They got Howard Dean (VT) to lead the DNC after McAuliffe (Clinton) ran it into the ground.
Don’t forget, Obama looked like a longshot to get the nomination until Ted Kennedy broke ranks and endorsed him with a lot of the Kennedy wing joining him. They pulled the rug out from under Hillary’s coronation and I guarantee you, behind closed doors, the Clintons have never forgotten it.
I think Hillary, Panetta and others took jobs in the Obama cabinet so they wouldn’t get left on the outside during strategy sessions and, when the time was right, they would use their little tricks to undermine Obama.
Expect some leaked memos to come out from Clintonistas, particularly in the areas of foreign policy and counter-terrorism.
Hillary is not returning to the Senate but, if she sees the opportunity, she’s going to re-emerge in 2012 to stage a primary fight against Obama, claiming he’s too weak and inexperienced for the job while contrasting Bill’s economy to Obama’s.
What Ted’s death has done is upset the power structure of the Kennedy wing of the party. If the Clintonistas see their chance to charge in and take back control of the party, they will. And I hope it happens. If America’s lucky, 2012 can be a repeat of 1980 when Kennedy tried to undermine Carter which helped to give us Reagan.

Because IF they mentioned it to the rats, it would insure the death of the agency.
They are in a catch 22.

The White House takeover of interrogation of terrorists is a huge slap in the face for Panetta, it essentially neuters the agency. The takeover probably has more to do with Panetta being peeved than the investigation of Bush-era abuses.
It's going to become very interesting to see who Obama puts in his place. It will have to be someone who accepts the fact that the White House will be doing the job the CIA used to do, so it will have to be someone WEAK. The CIA rank and file will not want to work for someone who allows Obama to turn the agency into a subsidiary of ACORN.
Pass the popcorn.
Must be pretty bad if Panetta can’t handle it!
