As a black man myself, I also think that it would be great to have a black man (or woman) attain that office through hard work and service to the nation (not the O-thug way).
But, as a patriotic conservative, it's more important to me that whoever occupies that office be of the very best timber our nation has to offer.
Some day, a patriot of color will rise to that office. That will be a good thing when it happens, but I can tell you right now that they won't get my vote unless their patriot bona fides are solid as a rock.

We have to be thankful that John Zogby goes as far he goes in publicizing Obama's unpopularity. You'd have to think that as the brother of Jim Zogby (Jim is founder and head of the pro-Islamist Arab American Institute and is an ardent Obamaton), Zogby the pollster doesn't like these results yet is showing courage and professional integrity in releasing them.
Wait until the radical gays find out that they will no longer be able to get medication for AIDS. THAT will be fun to watch.

Obama's problems have nothing to do with the color of his skin. They have to do with him being an abject marxist ideologue and a person who was raised on hating America, who cut his religious teeth on a theology that is itself racist, and who has shown throughout his life a desire to undercut and destroy our constitutional republic and replace it with some kind of command economy.
And he is now going about doing just that.
I pray we can all rise to the challenege and netralize this man and his administration in 2010...and then send him packing in 2012 for precisely those reasons.

That’s absolutely true. Sadly, OUR problems have everything to do with the color of his skin. If this evil empty suit had been a white candidate, he wouldn’t have won. People thought it was cool to vote for a black man even though he had never run so much as a Dairy Queen, and all of his close acquaintences were/are terrorists, racists, and/or communists.

Sadly, Hussein has ruined it for future black candidates for decades to come, I think. We would love to see someone like Clarence Thomas or Alan Keyes in the office. As long as people insist on seeing color instead of character and issues, they’ll only remember how wretched Hussein’s “rein of terror” was and that’ll be their point of reference. He has done a huge dis-service to America and good people of color.
