Dr. Janda appeared on the Frank Beckman show this morning on WJR AM, Detroit and he explains how the first part of the healthcare bill has been passed in THE STIMULUS PACKAGE! It can be found in SECTION 9201 of the Stimulus bill. It sets up a 15 member Comparataive Effectiveness Board, modeled after the UK's "NICE" board. Obama has appointed the members of this board and one of the members is DR. EZEKIEL IMMANUEL.

They probably didn’t want us to know this now. I believe it is in HR 3200 as a bargaining chip. They knew folks would be outraged with this.

They can throw it out of the final bill and say “are you happy now” What they know this provision was already in place in the unread stimulus bill.

And then, of course, there is the part of the stimulus bill which provides for collection of health care data on patients from health care providers, and the building of a central database. Sure, that has a lot to do with economic stimulus.

The ‘death panel’ provision has been dropped according to the Finance Committee. Is this what we’re talking about here, pretend to throw it out today all the while knowing the basics of the death panel have already been set up in the recently passed stimulus bill?
