LEBANON, Pa. (Aug. 11) Jeers and taunts drowned out Democrats calling for a health care overhaul at town halls Tuesday, and one lawmaker said a swastika was spray-painted at his office as debate turned to noisy confrontation over President Barack Obama's plan. The president himself was treated more respectfully. "You'll be gone, by God the bureaucrats will still be here," one man told Sen. Arlen Specter, D-Pa., at a town hall in Lebanon, Pa. "If they don't let us vent our frustrations out, they will have a revolution," Mary Ann Fieser of Hillsboro, Mo., told Sen. Claire McCaskill at her Missouri health care forum. McCaskill admonished the rowdy crowd of some 1,500. "I don't understand this rudeness," she said. "I honestly don't get it."

It’s Time for Conservatives to get Rude!
Doesn’t matter....It’s all about the votes by Congress...So this is just a bit of “tolerance” by the Dems....saying we had a chance to speak....not that it matters...
Every health care proposal I have seen thus far, including the Republican attempts to placate, represent extreme RUDENESS and OBTRUSIVENESS to everything I believe and hold dear!
RUDENESS?? They ain’t nothin’ yet !!
We must work, and fight, and bite, and scream, and not allow this garbage to pass at all, to being with.
If it passes, I would say that the priorty immediately shifts to SACRIFICING whatever necessary to elect a Congress of Repeal.
If that fails, I can only imagine a revolution.
Specter is Specter and will listen to no one.
MacSpecter is an unabashed looney who will finally get his just deserts. If only we could move Voinovich, Collins, Snowe, Lugar, Grassley and a dozen or more RINOs either into the Democrap Party where all our enemies will be located in the correct side of the aisle.
When it comes to rudeness, nobody is more so than Senator Specter. He has that reputation. I never liked him as a Republican and like him even less as a Democrat. He is nothing but a cheap political opportunist.
Specter Faces Well-informed and Dauntless Citizens
There. Fixed it.
The AARP is on the verge of dumping another million or so dollars’ worth of this Caca de Toro upon our heads. I wonder what’s going to happen. These out of touch leaders obviously think the American disgust is going to just pack up, admit defeat, and go home. Probably more like AARP will go bankrupt from massive quitting.
Where’s Hillary? Anybody notice that the most prominent proponent of universal health care in America is not engaging in the current controversy?
I think her arm has been sufficiently twisted by Rahm to keep her out of the way. She’d only serve as a catalyst to hasten the process of the plan turning into a laughingstock.
What the heck would it take to make her understand? They're in our pockets, they're in our schools, our cars, our homes, and now they want to be in the doctor's office too. The US citizenry to its government: stay the hell out of our lives!
This seems like a real "pride comes before the fall" moment for the obamabots.
My blood pressure is up from watching Morning Joe and all the usual suspects sit around convincing themselves that every single time conservatives actually stand up and insist that they be heard then they are "playing right into the hands of the democrats."
Who do these elitists think they're convincing? Their friends and media masters?
Yesterday showed that the whole conservative/tea party/real person movement is starting to win. Yes, win. We are setting the terms of the debate now and insisting that our well-informed and reasoned voices are heard, even if *one* idiot screamed at Arlen Specter.
Obama himself, and McCaskill and others are stumbling badly. And for good reason. We have the facts on our side and they can no longer fool enough people to dispel that advantage.
People not paying $12 memberships won't do a lot very fast.
They make their money with their prequalified "trusting old fool" sucker list, and by selling lousy insurances.

That's a "senator" attribute. They constantly practice collegiality, and have convinced themselves they are as close to perfection as a human can come. They have no humility, can do no wrong. In their bubble, everything the government does is goodness, and the more the government does, the more goodness for all.
I thought they also got a cut from that insurance.
