Obama will use a potentially boisterous midday town hall-style meeting in Portsmouth, New Hampshire to highlight how his proposals would affect workers whose employers provide their health insurance. Obama is prepared for possible disruptions, said White House press secretary Robert Gibbs, appearing on television talk shows Tuesday morning.
