Tenure isn’t a bad thing, but I would certainly modify how it is awarded.
A requirement of receiving tenure is that after receiving his/her bachelor’s degree, every candidate for tenure must have spent at least five years outside academia in the private sector. I would waive this for anyone who had spent the requisite five years as active duty in the armed forces, so long as they received an honorable discharge.
We would have a much better grounded and focused faculty that would be producing graduates with real world skills. Any university that had that policy would, within 20 years, have every one of its graduates snapped up by employers.
This is easy...get Obama, Acorn or SEIU tee-shirts or better yet dress as muslims..that will get you in.
In as much as I hate to say it and hope I'm wrong about this, but I'm afraid we're on the verge of a major civil war.
As I've stated many times before, what we are witnessing here are numerous acts of satnism and devil being perfomred not just by our so called "elected officials" but I'm sorry to say by some in positions of authority, those in blue.
I can tell you that if it were me, I WOULD NOT be turning the other cheek. There would be some teeth knocked out and necks broken by me if any of these goons ever pulled this B.S. and C.F. on me.
If the clowns and goonies in blue are not going to do their jobs like they're supposed to. If they're going to insist on allowing these goons to attck us and then threaten us with arrest if we dare to defend ourselves then it's time for them to be dealt with also.
To borrow a sentence from the Sweetness And Light blog, This is NOT the way a republic is supposed to operate. Town halls should be the most central core of our representatvie democracy.
The Democrat party has become more than just a criminal enterprise, it's a party full of satan worshipers. This party and it's allies all need to be put out of business and sooner rather than later.

Tenure is dangerous. If it is preserved, the universities remain Leftist bastions....It has happened throughout history and that is why the Left exists today. They draw strength and refuge from the tenure system. Look at the supreme court. Same problem. The longer they are there , the longer the Leftist staff has to work on them. In the end, most just give up and go with the flow...
This is juicy evidence in a civil action. You just can’t go beating people up without fearing a civil law suit. Names of goons? Addresses? Routes to and from work? Any other data?
