‘Punkin’ the Birthers: Priceless’ [pictures supposedly from forger of Kenya BC]
Washington Independent ^ | 8/6/09 | Dave Weigel

Posted on 08/06/2009 11:53:16 AM PDT by lonewacko_dot_com

It’s looking more and more like the forged “Kenyan birth certificate” released by Orly Taitz on Sunday was a prank by a supporter of President Obama. Politijab points to an anonymous blogger at FearlessBlogging, who has uploaded four photos of the original forgery and a mocking declaration:

Fine cotton business paper: $11

Inkjet printer: $35

1940 Royal Model KMM manual typewriter: $10

2 Shilling coin: $1

Pilot Varsity fountain pen: $3

Punkin’ the Birthers: Priceless

I should be on the job - no time for ping listing at the moment - but dared to stick my toe in the FR water and wow! It’s boiling hot!

That makes perfect sense, if the document is being submitted with the implicit or explicit claim that the document IS what it purports to be. But does that apply when you submit a document precisely for the purpose of requesting that the court conduct an investigation of the document?

She is asking the court to do rather extraordinary things-- including ordering Hillary Clinton to appear for a deposition. (Courts do not order the Secretary of State to show up without a very good reason.) Before you ask the Court to act on the basis of a document, you need to say more than "I have a copy of a document and I don't know if it's real." You have to say where you got the document from, and why you have good reason to think it may be authentic.

Orly's motion doesn't say where she got her "color copy" from, and doesn't say that she did any due diligence into its authenticity before filing it.

In any event, this is now moot, because the judge already struck Orly's motion from the record -- not on the merits, but because Orly is too incompetent to even know how to properly file a document in federal court.

Somebody ought to be crapping in their pants right about now as they are toast.

I'm getting a little tired already of their term "punk'd". When referring to any pushback or resulting prosecution of the trolls, could we perhaps utilize the term b!+ch slapped?

Thank you

No worries at all.
I’m in the same boat. NOTHING is as it seems these days. Obama’s ‘transparency world’ is a huge illusion, am dying to see the day he is busted.

But I’m pretty active all over the web trying to connect the dots on Obama, so I get pretty dogged/passionate which is why i was interested in ANY available information that might shed some light.

Actually, I think the old jailhouse meaning of the word “punk” applies perfectly to some of those people.

The quickest way to find the forger is for everyone to ask around in their communities whether anyone has an unemployed pothead dropout Obamazombie child or grandchild living in their basement who uses a red-patterned bedspread.

And rest assured that the day this photo was snapped was the first time in years that the spread had been washed and the bed made.

Seriously. I really wanted this to be true. But I do not think Kenya is it. Much more likely is Canada. And even more likely is something that we could never dream up in a million years.

The work that was done here was outstanding. I even saw posts inviting DUmmies to go ahead and debunk this BC in a rational way. Every single angle was covered in some way or another and I would be willing to bet that you guys will uncover the ID of forger at some point.

Obama refuses to understand at his own peril that there are lots of very talented people who are out of work (many if not most blaming him for this) and curious about his origins. Tracks can only be covered so well.

I think that whatever he is hiding will at some point come sailing out of the sky like a comet landing at his feet in the form of a great big five pound turd that cannot be ignored. Whatever it is will not require endless debunking. It will be very real and their will be no ignoring it.

Bush never responded to the truthers for good reason. Obama thinks he can use that tactic on BC and other records issues. He can for now, but not forever.

We need to keep working on the connections between Bomford, the punk site and others. Bomford's remark was that he was going to bring down Orly.

Link?

I agree with you on Pic 2-4.

I disagree with you on Pic 1. You said that Pic 1 is the the original (Orly Pic) resized. I disagree with that.

Resizing can explain the much larger file size (2,700+ kb). But an enlarged photo has LESS resolution not more, and Pic as much HIGHER resolution and much GREATER detail. You can’t make that stuff up out of a lower resolution photo (can you?).

*The seal is much crisper in Pic 1.
*There is pixelation at 100% around the text in the Orly/Pacer Photo, but no pixelation (or dithering or whatever its called) around the text in Pic 1.
*The text itself is much crisper in Pic 1: you can see the indents made by the typewriter.
*The color is deeper (or richer) on Pic 1 (though I don’t know if that is relevant).

(snipped fake BC, complete with clown face)

Best be careful posting that.

According to some here, you may have just committed a crime by posting a false docume

This gets to another component of criminal behavior, that being criminal intent. The doofus, who is claiming he created the Kenyan BC showed this intent by representing it to Orly as being real, or he has now shown this intent if he didn't create Orly's document by fraudulently claiming he produced the document in Orly's possession and creating a fraudulent document to prove it.

Cartoon documents that intend to make a satirical statement would be difficult to obtain a criminal sanction because like monopoly money the are not attempting to represent themselves as official documents and this can be interpreted by the viewer from their face as not being an official document.

If indeed he sent it to Orly Taitz. She is an officer of the court in a federal case and it is forgery under federal statues.

She is a figure of fun.

And with respect to Pic 2-4, I agree with you that they are using a different document than in Pic 1, but think that at least Pic 2 supports the argument that it’s a hoax, because you can see the typo on the document that is covered up by the stain on Pic 1 and Orly’s doc. Pic 2 also shows the coin, which matches the “seal,” (which is easier to see/match on Pic 1 than on Orlys pic).

The judge has already thrown out Orly's motion. (Not on the merits, but simply because Orly is too incompetent to even file a motion in federal court correctly.)

Unreal. Orly is a complete joke.

Oh I agree, why would anyone in the Obama administration charge one of their minions with forgery and trying to get it entered as evidence in the case against Obama......

If she just got it in the mail from an anonymous sender and ran to file it in court without doing any due diligence, she is very likely subject to sanctions.

I agree, she had the obligation to do basic verification that the document was not an obvious forgery, if she didn't that will not go well.

Orly is NOT a dummy. Being a female attorney, a dentist, a real estate broker tells me she is an entrepreneurial "G0-Getter," that is lacking in the U.S.!

I once dated a young Polish chick in Sweden and she was extremely smart, intelligent and good looking, almost too smart for me!!

The point is don't ever underestimate those eastern European girls, when they speak with a strange dialect, they are not brain dead!!!
