Is This the Source of Obama's the "Kenyan" Birth Certificate?

Could this be the source document for the Kenya birth certificate?

There are some uncanny similarities.

Even if many don’t wind up suffering legal consequences, the entire Dem party will have been to a large degree neutered and Biden (if allowed to enter the office) will have been weakened tremendously.

I think the Bomford is a fake

I'm starting to think the same thing for a couple of reasons.

First of all, looking where the creases cut through the letters, the letters are perfect.

Secondly, I can't get to these images from within the website.

Thirdly, we are assuming that Taitz has a paper copy. Its one thing to build a photoshop document that looks almost identical to another. Its another thing entirely to produce that onto paper that looks to be almost 50 years old.

Presumably Taitz' copy is paper whereas the aussie doc is just pixels. I'd go with the paper one as being real, or at least more real than the other.

The website was edited in July. The explanation of how it was found rings questionable to me. How would you find something like this?

Am I missing something?

I posted a post on FR a while back, once last fall, and once within the last few weeks, about something I saw on the Obama BC that was released by his “campaign”.

To my COMPLETE amazement, Freeper GoreNoMore posted a WND article by Jerome Corsi in the LONG thread, which mentioned Free Republic and myself (musicman).

June 5th,2007.

It looks to me as if some of the data came from the Bomford certificate, but the form itself used in the Kenya one came from somewhere else.

I have been trying to look at the seals of both documents. To my untrained I and a bit of filtering in photoshop, it looks as though the "Orly" document seal might say "South Australia in the lower part, which would match the Bomford BC.

But if Orly has a paper document, and not just a photo, then a cursory look at the document and seal would pick up that problem. But that is a big if...

All very curious indeed.

I am missing the connection between the 6/6/07 date of BO’s COLB and the 6/5/2007 Bomford image. Yes, they are a day apart, but I am missing the significance, unless you are implying that all of this hacking was done by the same source, one day apart. However, WND just posted a notice that the actual “original” Kenyan BC varies from the one that Orly posted. The original (according to Joseph Farah) has 47,644 as the document number at the top of the page (not 47,O44 - with an “O” , not a zero) and also has the registrar as K.F. The closeness of the dates caught my attention, and not knowing who did the Obama BC, I wondered if by a slim chance the two might be “related”.

I would take Joe Biden over Obama any day.

We need to be calling, faxing, screaming about this ObamaCare and going to every townhall meeting with everyone we know. If people are not doing these things they are “wasting time” and “not focusing on the agenda.”

The profession encompasses people with a wide range of professional and ethical standards. But I don't view this as unethical conduct, where the certificate may or may not be genuine, and Orly is not claiming it is genuine but rather seeking discovery in order to authenticate it.

Look, Orly is no Ken Starr. But I don't see any of the Ken Starrs of the world willing to take on the fight against Obama, as Orly is doing. So I would give her a bit of latitude in trying to pry open information about Obama's background and legal status.

Obama is the most arrogant president since Jimmy Carter. It is outrageous that he is stiff-arming Americans who expect him, as our highest public servant, to provide reasonable transparency about his background.

The legal hurdle Orly has to overcome is access to information.

There may be questions about the authenticity of the Kenyan birth certificate, but the easiest way to resolve the questions is to ask an employee in the Kenyan registrar's office to simply check their records.

Furthermore, if a court would simply authorize her and the State Department to make a request to the proper Kenyan agency for their records, it may well be that Kenya could check their birth records and put to rest the issue not only as to this particular birth certificate but whether they have any record of a birth for Barack Obama.

If there is no record for Obama, Kenya may well be happy to receive a discovery order from a court allowing them to make an official response on this matter and clear the air, which otherwise they may be restricted from doing under privacy law.

Now if there is something in Kenya's records that would contradict the story that Obama has laid about his background, it is possible that there may be shenanigans, especially if the relevant state employees are Odinga supporters.

So I would hope that, as a check on the Kenyan records, a discovery request could also be directed to the British Colonial Office to see whether they have in their records in London a copy of vital records registers maintained during the colonial period, and whether there is any reference therein to Barack Obama.

I have read criticism of Orly. But...Geeze! She's an inexperienced attorney with an on-line degree. Naturally, she is not going to be polished and will make naive mistakes. She likely doing many things for the first time.
