Interesting idea.....I see a faint image of the Queen myself.
I Don’t think so. I can see an 8 pretty clearly and the rooster would stand out more clearly. There seems to be a lot more characters on the embossment. JMO
It’s a coin IMO.
That document was created to satisfy the identity requirements to finalize the divorce proceedings. For that purpose, it was good enough. Custody was established.
At that time, there was no Hawaii birth record, or she would have used it.
The entire charade commenced with the need to conceal paternity.
After the divorce was granted, a Hawaii record MAY have been established.
The questions remain. Where was he born and who was the father?
And for good measure, I will ask it again:
WHERE WAS STANLEY ANN FROM THE TIME SHE GRADUATED IN 1960 AND WHEN SHE SHOWED UP WITH A TWO OR THREE YEAR OLD IN HAWAII.
The seal and the coin that you show differ considerably fron the enlargement shown at WND.
Where did you get the image?
I think it's impossible to tell for sure without the document itself or RAW file from the camera that took the picture (if it even records the RAW data).
I've been fooling around with it in Photoshop 4 since last night. All I see is a lot of Jpeg artifacts.
Looks like it to me. I can see the hatchet best.

THe Documents seal lettering are quite high, and I do not believe that can happen with a coin because the depressions on a coin's lettering are smply not deep enough.
But what the heck do I know? I am no expert.
I have used a lot of seals in the past in the practise of Law in the British Common Law System, though.
I can’t tell. Orly should be able to see it. Someone ask her.
So I've been sitting here testing the theory with different papers and some US coins.
I get the best results with lighter papers and larger coins such as the US half dollar. The edges come trough very well, of course. The lettering is visible but not readable obliquely. The image is not clear at all.
I wonder of a soft rubber mallet would help...
Regardless, a better picture of the seal would be needed. For all I know it says “Joe Smith - Public Notary”.
When I was a kid, my dad got me a desk top embosser deal with two seals at some garage sale. That fall I stamped all my homework with “Received - Westinghouse Accounting Department.”
It’s a semetic alphabet of some sort. This is not the english alphabet.
