I found this to be interesting too.

I zoomed in on the Bomford BC and noticed the lettering of the document seems to have no distortion where the folds are.

If you look at the word 'Page', it seems to have been typed or printed right over the very faded fold.

Also the word "South" in 'State of South Australia' seems strangely 'crisp' in light of the background.

Something isn’t right about the ‘e’ over the crease on the second line. It doesn’t look distorted in the least.

I just zoomed it in to 400 and you are absolutely correct. The folds are a background image to the text. There is nothing to indicate that the fold goes through the lettering.

I just zoomed it in to 400 and you are absolutely correct. The folds are a background image to the text. There is nothing to indicate that the fold goes through the lettering. I tried the same with the top Kenya form and found these letters seem to be affected by the folds:
the n in and—Signature, Description and Residence of the Informant; the e in use further down; the m in Simon and the w in Hawaii. Also if you look carefully at some of the other letters that are on folds at the top and bottom of the page,they seem to follow the lift and descent of the fold.

Yup. The aussie doc is fake. The Kenyan ones may be too, but they are better fakes.
