Page 231 contains the requirements for "Race and color."
"Births in the United States in 1961 are classified for vital statistics into white, Negro, American Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Aleut, Eskimo, Hawaiian and Part-Hawaiian (combined), and "other nonwhite."
Do you see a classification for "African?" I certainly don't.
Now, let's look at the document that Obama has provided for certifying his eligibility for the Office of the President of the United States and that is displayed on Annenberg FatCheck.org.
FATHER'S RACE is "African" -- an incorrect entry for that data field. Just a typo? I don't think so. The Obot who created the bogus Certification of Live Birth just couldn't type the word "Negro." Negro is just not politically correct, don'tcha know.
I still think it is funny and introduce her as my African-American friend.
OH, she is whiter than me and has pretty hazel eyes.
Read the bottom of Zero's well publicized COLB that was laser printed on a form dated 11/01, which says:
"This copy serves as prima facie evidence of the fact of birth in any court proceeding. [HRS 338-139(b), 338-19]"
I'm not suggesting that such a global database find-and-replace was done, just that it could have been done, which explains the "African" vs. "Negro" discrepancy. More likely it was keyed in as "African" on all the documents when they were entered into the database.
Yeah, the original long form still exists somewhere, and Zero is spending a lot of money to keep it hidden.
Thanks. I have been looking for that.
I heard she is a goddess of a woman.
Again, all I am saying is that the premise of the argument is flawed to compare it to 1961. The person should at least look up the lingo for 2007 to make the argument.
the one he found among his mother’s belongings or the one he applied for when “supposedly” got his passport?
He has at least three BC’s
there ya go- from now on I’m listing my race as “American”
Speaking of Doh!, here is the contact’s email: janice.okubo@doh.hawaii.gov
Please send me secret decoder ring. I have not seen this refuted and I have way to many friends who think they are victim minorities who, over the years, have told me that classification of races was a Reagan thing.
Of course, I have over the years had to keep them straight and point out that those classifications were developed during the 50’s and 60’s Waaaay before Reagan.
You can go to any number of on the cross minority position sites get the same info or just google history of race classification for census, BC, whatever by government “State or Fed”.
Have fun and come back to play.
Sorry if I seem a little aggressive but, I haven't seen you around on these posts and since Publius gave you a drubbing I decided you needed a beat down.
Post on.
The takeaway here isn’t necessarily that no birth record was filed in 1961, but simply that Hawaii vital statistics doesn’t, hasn’t follow/ed the rules much at all.
They were taking dodgy affidavits of domestic birth — not to mention the foreign births — etc etc.
Hawaii could have put “African” on the birth record in 1961, 1971, or 2007... it doesn’t matter what the rules put out by the CDC said at any those times...
because Hawaii wasn’t following the rules. That’s how Barry got a birth record there in the first place.
“Surely you jest.” Stop calling him Shirley. He is just one those yo-yo’s
Yo!

I managed to miss that thread and will visit it.
I just hope that there are real arguments there, not merely personal unsupported opinions and assertions.
It probably says African because Sr was not an American.
It's not that simple. Before "political correctness," anyone could go to the public records and request the birth certificate of anyone.
The practical need for this should be obvious.
Today, phony "privacy" issues has created a huge industry for criminals, who can, and do, regularly get birth certificates for criminal purposes. They always could.
A perusal of the originals, if they in fact are "public," should answer the obvious question: how many other original recorded birth (from the late 1959-1965 period!) certificates list either parent as "African?"
If the answer is zero, I smell a rat.
Interesting. I’ve just got on here after a few years of looking into this situation. The hairs on my neck are up on the African/Negro thing.
Here’s one to watch. According to the theory, the race must be listed as white. If you find one where the race is listed as Caucasian, the theory is debunked.
So answer me this then:
Is African now the “correct” PC term to use? I think the correct term is still black.
Charlize Theron
North American or South American?
What is with these people? Don’t they know the Crap0-Matic was recalled?
I don’t think she is a citizen of the USA. Could be wrong but if she needs a sponsor....
Brief response:
It could say, "This copy is a pink bunny" [HRS33427-666(y)]
That would make it also "legal,", but not factually accurate.
The criminal-enabling process began when "public Records" ceased to be public. And no one can explain when the vital interests of the "informed citizenry" became irrelevant.
