Read the bottom of Zero's well publicized COLB that was laser printed on a form dated 11/01, which says:
"This copy serves as prima facie evidence of the fact of birth in any court proceeding. [HRS 338-139(b), 338-19]"
I'm not suggesting that such a global database find-and-replace was done, just that it could have been done, which explains the "African" vs. "Negro" discrepancy. More likely it was keyed in as "African" on all the documents when they were entered into the database.
Yeah, the original long form still exists somewhere, and Zero is spending a lot of money to keep it hidden.
So answer me this then:
Is African now the “correct” PC term to use? I think the correct term is still black.

It could say, "This copy is a pink bunny" [HRS33427-666(y)]
That would make it also "legal,", but not factually accurate.
The criminal-enabling process began when "public Records" ceased to be public. And no one can explain when the vital interests of the "informed citizenry" became irrelevant.
