After being attacked by groups ranging from the Southern Christian Leadership Conference to Media Matters for relentlessly calling on Barack Obama to prove his eligibility for the office of the presidency, CNN's Lou Dobbs wasn't backing off on either his syndicated radio or his television program today.
Once again, he renewed his calls for Obama to produce his long-form birth certificate that would settle doubts about where he was born and offered that the president's actions could actually be "illegal."
Dobbs took on the special-interest groups demanding that CNN shut him up.
"The left is trying to silence their opponents and their competitors in the public marketplace of ideas," he said on his radio show. "One issue in which the ethnocentric issue groups have been trying to silence me is on the issue of illegal immigration. Many of those, if you will, have migrated to me here recently because I, even though I said I believe the president is a citizen of the United States, I don't understand why he shouldn't produce a birth certificate. My God, you're talking about the third rail of American journalism, baby! That's it. I'm not going to back off."

So, you must know who Obama’s father is. Who is he, and to which country does he claim to be a citizen?

Before any action is taken a court or the legislature will have to define the term "natural born citizen." And his being born in Hawaii makes him a natural born citizen.

We all know what a constitution is and there was no court or legislation to inform us what it is. So it is just obvious what a NBC is.

Actually, no it does not. It makes him a native born citizen. You have to have citizen parentS to be a NBC.

So let me explain, of the 55 that did not vote only 20 were Republicans.
Thus, the fact remains that same that not one single Republican in the House choose to vote against the Resolution the recognized that Obama was born in Hawaii.
And for some reason, 158 Republican Members of the House saw the Resolution as important enough to vote in favor and acknowledge that Obama was born in Hawaii.
And while a lot of people make that claim, not a one has been able to point to the legislation that states that a person must have two parents, both of whom are U.S citizens in order to be an NBC.

You need to point to where a NBC can be the son of a citizen of a foreign country. Dad not a US citizen, kid not natural born. No legislation necessary.
No, in order for one to be in violation of a law, the law needs to actually go through the legislative process.
And unless you can show that Obama went through the naturalization process, he is a natural born citizen.

Maybe of Mexico, but not the USA. You have to be a NBC, and a child of illegals is not a NBC even if born in the Lincoln bedroom.
There would be nothing to alter since the State Department does not maintain Entry and Exit data for the countries that U.S. citizens visit.
For example, I have visited somewhere between 40 and 50 countries and while my U.S. Passports may have stamps and or visas of those countries, the State Department does not keep track of where I go.

Yes, in the 1960's I travelled under my mother's passport however, without my documentation in my mom's passport, mom could not have gotten me in to the U.S.
And you still have not provided evidence that Mamma Obama brought Baby Obama into the US without documentation.

As far as all the other documents you mention such as parent's marriage license, birth certificate, elementary and high school records, college transcripts, and all Medical Records, I support your effort to have all future candidates for president release those records.
So you see, we are in agreement.
We both believe that all presidential candidates should release their mom and dad's marriage license, birth certificate, school records, college transcripts and all medical records.
