After being attacked by groups ranging from the Southern Christian Leadership Conference to Media Matters for relentlessly calling on Barack Obama to prove his eligibility for the office of the presidency, CNN's Lou Dobbs wasn't backing off on either his syndicated radio or his television program today.
Once again, he renewed his calls for Obama to produce his long-form birth certificate that would settle doubts about where he was born and offered that the president's actions could actually be "illegal."
Dobbs took on the special-interest groups demanding that CNN shut him up.
"The left is trying to silence their opponents and their competitors in the public marketplace of ideas," he said on his radio show. "One issue in which the ethnocentric issue groups have been trying to silence me is on the issue of illegal immigration. Many of those, if you will, have migrated to me here recently because I, even though I said I believe the president is a citizen of the United States, I don't understand why he shouldn't produce a birth certificate. My God, you're talking about the third rail of American journalism, baby! That's it. I'm not going to back off."

As long as we are going to talk about conspiracy theories, I will add the theory that I have maintained for a year.
Obama was born in Hawaii and in a natural born citizen.
However, Obama and the DNC has decided to let the NBC issue fester in an attempt to make opposition Obama look silly, look like whack-jobs and look racist.
Meanwhile, Obama sits in the Oval Office, ignoring the ‘birthers’ and maintaing that he has released more vital records data than any other person that has held the office as president.
Finally, I was born overseas to American parents and only have an FS-240 and a U.S. Passport. The FS-240 only helped me obtain my SS Card and first Passport. Everything else, from public school, to Little League to gaining admission to a major university, the FS-240 did me not good and I had to provide other documentation.
There is no way that Obama could have lived his life without legitimate documentation of his birth.
$12 is NOT enough for it all to go away. Far from it, that will NOT solve his problems!!!
Well, at least your story has changed slightly. You use to call that FS-240 a birth certificate. I remember telling you months ago that the FS-240 only was a document that registered your birth abroad.
First, Facts are what they are and not what you wish them to be.
Second, there is not a legislative or judicial official in the entire country that will stand with the ‘birthers.’
Finally, if you are going to insist that Obama is not constitutionally qualified to be president, you need to stick with one single ‘theory’ rather than alter your ‘theory’ from day to day and from thread to thread.
Therefore, ‘birthers’ should not in one thread claim BHO was born in Kenya and in another acknowledge that he may have been born in Kenya but cannot be a NBC due to his Dad’s citizenship status.
Then Obama shouldn't mind showing his Hawaiin birth certificate and the supporting documents. He was born in Hawaii right? What's the problem?

Well yes, the people at school or Little League would ask for a BC and we would hand them the FS-240 and they would not accept it. The only other documentation I had was an index card from a South American hospital that had my footprint on the back and “One Male Life Birth” on the front and the date of my birth. That index card did not help.
However, when me and my siblings, all of which were born in the US went to apply for our US Passports, mine was issued immediately, while the kids without the FS-240 had to wait.
Not having that BC caused many problems when I was a kid and I am just a little younger than Obama and I would assume he would have had the same problems if had not had an American BC.
So that's it. This about you? You had problems because of no BC as a kid so you defend Obama.

That person by operation of law has a tangible and direct interest in it. All that is needed is for someone out there that shares a common ancestor with Obama to step forward and get the birth certificate.
My guess is that Obama wishes that the 'birhter' movement grows and consumes much of the energy of those that are opposed to his policies.

Well, then you need to find evidence to support that theory. My suggestion, file an FOIA Request with the State Department seeking Obama's FS-240.
I have never defended Obama but rather understand that he is constitutionally qualified to be president.

Can you please point me to the legislation that defines "natural born citizen?" That is, defines natural born citizen as only a person who is born on U.S. soil of parents, both of whom are U.S. citizens.

As for the future, it does not appear that any judicial or legislative official is itching to jump on the Birther Bus.

I was watching BOR earlier tonight — he seems to think newspaper announcements of Obama’s birth are “proof” of his citizenship.
Reasonable people disagree.
