The long-awaited 911 tape and audio of the controversial July 16 arrest of Harvard professor Henry Louis Gates Jr. are being made public for the first time today, Cambridge officals just announced.
The tapes will speak for themselves, said Cambridge Police Commissioner Robert Haas.
Hass said the tapes will create some confusion, but only with police codes youll hear but the remainder of the tapes are crystal clear.
Its in plain language in most part and you can draw your own conclusions, Haas.
In the 911 tapes, Lucia Whalen can be heard spelling out the name of the street and saying that another woman approached her about seeing two men trying to enter the Ware Street home.

Yo ho ho and bottle of rum and Obongo comes off looking like a racist idiot
Good one...
Agreed...
No, my first post was a comment to post #97 where it is written “are they Hispanic”.
I then re-listened to the tape and realized that was transcribed incorrectly in Post #97. I’ve seen transcripts of the 911 call after wards that fixed it.
I tried to get my initial post pulled but mods never pulled it.
vocirously? Is that some kind of code-word?
There is a big difference between Clinton and Obama. Clinton was just a liberal idiot. Obama is much more than that and very dangerous. I am surprised that there are still so many that do not see that.
We may not last long enough to wait for the rest of the country to wake up, if they ever do. If there is a way, via constitution means and the lack of a birth certificate then we should go for it with all we have.
How many people were out of work, losing their homes, their retirements, their savings when Clinton was in office? Small businesses are going under left and right. This is NOT like Clinton. Many of us won’t last long enough to wait for an election that may involve more fraud than we could ever hope to overcome.

I've thought about that quite a bit lately. Although I have no assurance that we will recover from this in the near future, my heart breaks for those that may never see a recovery. I am saddened that this happened in my lifetime, but I would be sadder still if this were the last president that I would know.
May God bless us all.
How many people were out of work, losing their homes, their retirements, their savings when Clinton was in office? Small businesses are going under left and right. This is NOT like Clinton.Right. So make THOSE the issues.
Many of us wont last long enough to wait for an election that may involve more fraud than we could ever hope to overcome. So this is some kind of desperate hail mary because you don't believe we can defeat 0bama on the issues?
“how are we going to remove 0bama from office with Democrats holding the House and a super-majority in the Senate and with no actual proof of this supposed foreign birth?”
It is not up to us to prove he was born in a foreign country. It is up to Obama to prove to us he IS a natural-born citizen. You need to go read the information on FR about what this means. Whether or not he was born here is irrelevant. His father was not a US citizen, therefore he is not natural-born. There is a difference between a citizen, a naturalized citizen and a natural-born citizen. The Constitution states that the candidate MUST be natural born.
This was done with McCain but not done with Obama. Why do you think that was?
Defeating a candidate on the issues is for when you have a candidate that is qualified to run. When you have a communist or a marxist who weaseled his way into office and is bent on destroying your country and leaving you vunerable to attack from your enemies you don’t have a beer and debate them on the issues. You hope to God that the “Hail Mary pass” that you have such disdain for works.
Name me one USA-loving close family friend that Obama has? He hangs around with communists, terrorists and people that hate this country with a passion. Does that sound like any past president you know? And on top of that it’s quite obvious that he is a racist. His own words betray that.
This thread isn’t about the BC issue. It’s about the racism of a president and the complete caving-in of a police department to political correctness. I don’t think you have read any of the BC information yet so maybe we will meet on another thread about it someday and we can debate it there.
Those keeping track of America’s enemies within acadame were well aware of Gates.
The cop's comment is (without Gates' interruption), "Henry Louis Gates, Junior, of the Harvard property."
Gates was loud on the little bit of audio at that link; and I can certainly understand why the cop walked outside so he could get a clear and uninterrupted message to his colleague on the radio.
Obama was way out of line declaring that the cops acted stupidly.
Gates was loud and unruly, obnoxious, arrogant... I think I would have yelled at the fool and told him to STFU so I could get the matter cleared up with my supervisors and the Harvard police.
Thanks for posting that link.
I would guess at least 150 G’s. And you would not want him to teach. Better let him stew in his own bile.
He was right on HIS line.
Indeed he was; and HIS line is not the line most Americans hold. HIS line was the racist line; and it’s offensive to me that we have a racist president spewing his hatred of a whole class of Americans from his perch in the white house.
There are some problems with your logic. Had Clinton NOT been impeached Gore likely would have been elected. Had Clinton been convicted he also would have won.
Elected Republicans should spread doubt about Urkle’s legitimacy at every opportunity and insist that there must be fire where there is smoke. While we should keep fanning those flames the party should not distance itself from the questions. There is nothing unreasonable about asking that the birth certificate be provided nor with pointing out his refusal to do so.
I thought I just heard on ABC breaking news that ‘the beer is on’. Trying to get confirmation.
I agree about fanning the flames at the grassroots. But congressional Republicans should only get involved if legitimate evidence surfaces. They ought only act once it is ripe and critical mass is achieved, if that ever comes to be. If they start leaning too far forward on this issue — which so far lacks any legitimate merit — the media and 0bama team will run with it, using it to distract and discredit at every opportunity. And Republicans will be the ones punished in the end.
"Saved him" from what?
Clinton was abusing his authority as President to have a sexual relationship with an intern in the Oval Office.
He engaged in obstruction of justice to prevent the testimony of Lewinsky and Tripp.
He perjured himself before a grand jury and lost his license to practice law.
Do you really doubt that Clinton used his security staff to invite Paula Jones to meet him and then exposed himself to her and propositioned her; and then lied to the nation about it?
Finally, the Democrats rallied to preserve in office a man who never should have been elected.
If pursuing things such as this is a problem for Republicans, then they are going to continue to have problems. The exposure of Clinton simply proved that his supporters, the Democrats, don't care about ANY of these transgressions. I DO.
Since the media are dedicated to supporting liberalism at all costs, they continue to ridicule those who care. But they don't need your help in doing so. That same media is slowly dying, not because there is an internet, but because there is truth.
As long as the Treason media holds sway it really doesn’t matter much what Republicans do. It paints the picture it wants and the gullible lap it up like honey.
But I agree the GOP has to be very careful with this.
So still only the dispatcher tapes? No audio of "I'll speak with yo mama outside...?"
