10. For the fourth time in six cases, the Supreme Court of the United States has reversed a decision for which Judge Sonia Sotomayor voted on the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

Village of Port Chester, in which the Supreme Court openly rebuked the unanimous three-judge panel that included Judge Sotomayor for "an evident denial of the most elementary forms of procedural due process." So not only should she be rejected, she should be impeached and sent packing back to Puerto Rico!

Sonja Sotomayor has no use for the United States Constitution...she will change it if she can, that most likely is what Obama wants...Obama has little respect for our constitution also and neither respect Constitutional Law. Call your senators and this committee, demand, yes demand this woman not be admitted to the Supreme Court of this tattered nation.
