Use fewer periods and more semi-colons. By doing that you deny the Leftwingtard terrorists the opportunity to EXCISE your “offending phrase” from its true context.

A poster (sorry I don’t remember the name) suggested something to the effect, that, be it two drops of crap or a whole lot of crap put in the soup the soup is still something no one wants to eat.
I'll start doing that. I've never been contacted by a mod except when I've pinged them for something but I guess if they don't like me abusing the abuse button they'll let me know.

I was happy to see them leave FR ~ they'd just gotten into trashing me when they did that, so I did some follow-ups and tracked a few of 'em down to toss it back at them. That's when they closed down their boards. Must have been a lot of Freepers after those ass-Klownes.

To expand on your call to police ourselves, IMO, it is nearly impossible for moderators to keep up with all of the comments as soon as they hit the screen and review them.
Self policing is the only way a forum the size of FR can continue to grow and prosper. Whether it is hitting the abuse button or calling out someone on the particular thread.
Google bots and other search engines bots visit the site on a continuing basis. Google can probably search the site within 15 minutes of a post and thus save it forever. This makes it paramount on ourselves to police the forum.
I don't attack children usually unless they are my own. I went through all kinds of dressing stages with my older children. I usually didn't say too much unless I found the shirt to be beyond acceptance. However at 11 yrs old I did say what my oldest daughter could wear & my youngest daughter, Sassy is not going to be dressing like I see teens dress now. I don't care how much she whines or cries.
I was USW in the late lamented steel industry and I bused tables at a country club. That's where I was learned my manners.
