This is the latest messaging I have had with the seller on eBay
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Dear colmado_naranja,
I see the auction has been pulled (again), also I got a bunch of warnings that you might be trying to get my account info etc.
I sure hope you are legit or at least not trying to cause harm
If you can tell me anything about what is going on I'd appreciate it

Dear ____
Hi. Don't worry, I'm not a scammer. You can check with other eBayers that have made posts all over the internet in support of me and that eBay is now to the point that they will say anything to cancel my auctions.
There will be no more auctions for Obama?s b.c., but this may interest you. Ebay item # 160345795373. ?Autographed photo of Smith and Andylenny abroad.?
Again you?ll have to search by listing number for the first several hours until the title becomes searchable.
I'm turning the b.c. over to WorldNetDaily and Joseph Farah. Thanks for your support. You are appreciated.

I had recieved this from eBay earlier:
Hello ______________
Our records show that you recently received an email from colmado_naranja through the Ask Seller a Question or Contact eBay Member features. This email may be fraudulent and an attempt to do one of the following:
- Obtain your eBay password - Gain access to your eBay account - Use your eBay account for fraudulent activity - Set up an outside-of-eBay transaction which may be fraudulent
This kind of email is often called a "phish" or "phishing attempt," and the people who send them are known as "phishers." Phishers use these methods to try to get your personal information, such as user names, passwords and credit card details. Because the emails may sometimes come through the eBay system, the phisher may seem to be trustworthy and have a good reason to contact you.
***Important - Protect Your Personal Information*** - Don't reply to the sender either through the eBay system or your personal email account.
- Don't open any links or cut and paste any Web addresses into your browser from the phishing email.
- If you think you may have entered personal information such as your password, Social Security Number, or credit card information into a website based on a request from a phishing email, you need to act *immediately* to protect yourself from identity theft. For detailed instructions about the steps to take, please go to:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/account/protecting-identity-theft.html
***What to Do If You've Already Sent an Item or Payment*** If you've already sent payment to or shipped an item to a person who asked that you take the transaction outside of eBay, we recommend you take the following steps:
1. Contact the payment service that you used to make the purchase. If you paid by credit card, most card issuers provide consumer protection in online fraud cases.
2. Please complete the "Item Bought Outside of eBay" form or the "Item Sold Outside of eBay" form. To find these forms, please go to:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/tp/isgw-fraud-non-ebay.html
Click the "Item Bought Outside of eBay form" or the "Item Sold Outside of eBay form" link. Enter your information in the page that follows, and then click the "Submit" button. The information you provide will enable us to work more effectively with law enforcement in case an investigation occurs.
3. If you were the seller and shipped the item to a fraudulent buyer, contact the shipping carrier that you used. That company may be able to assist you further. If you sent the item through the U.S. Postal Service, file a mail fraud claim. To do so, please visit:
http://www.usps.com/postalinspectors/fraud/
4. Contact the local law enforcement where you sent the payment or item. The authorities where the seller or the buyer lives might be able to provide additional assistance. To find local law enforcement, go to:
http://www.usacops.com/
***Additional Account Safety Tips*** To protect your email and your eBay account, we recommend that you always follow these safety tips:
- Do *not* respond to the sender either through the eBay system or your email account. An offer to buy or sell an item outside of eBay is against eBay policies, might be fraudulent, and will not be covered by eBay protection programs.
- If you received what appears to be a Second Chance Offer for an item that you recently bid on, check My Messages to make sure the offer is legitimate. Second Chance Offers appear in My Messages with a blue background and a subject stating, "eBay Second Chance Offer for Item...."
- If you receive a Second Chance Offer directly in your personal email and it is not in My Messages, it is not a legitimate offer.
- If a Second Chance Offer appears in My Messages with a subject line of "Message from eBay Member," it is not a legitimate offer. Before responding to a Second Chance Offer, make sure it contains both the blue background in My Messages and the subject line of "eBay Second Chance Offer for Item?"
- Never pay for an item you've bought on eBay by using instant cash or wire transfer services such as Western Union or MoneyGram. These payment methods are unsafe on eBay. It's against the eBay Accepted Payments policy for a seller to request payment using these methods. For more information about payments that are accepted on eBay, please go to:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/accepted-payments-policy.html
Sincerely,
eBay Trust & Safety team
Nope.
This feels too “out in the open” to be legit.
Unless the handoff to Joseph Farah was made previous to the announcement.
However, something feels not right about bringing Farah’s name into this—he, this arch conservative—to put him up for ultimate ridicule.
This whole thing feels like a convoluted, “nothing is as it seems”, playact staged by Obama operatives..remember they are spawned of Chicago Mob mentalities and expert in mindgames..this is sophisticated pysch-ops I think.
We’ll see...
The fact that Ogabe has scrubed all or most of his records would lead me away from the idea lefties are trying to punk birthers. Any publicity about Obama’s lack of a Birth Certificate would seem counter productive to their cause. Why would they risk the lamestream media picking this up and informing the masses of asses that Obama is not a NBC and therefore ineligible to be POTUS?
Weird stuff nonetheless.....
They do not want freedom of speech, unless it's their speech.
It does not pay to be civil to a Leftist; they have no civility.
I would suppose WND has enlisted backers to help with all the costs, logistics, and authentication protocol.
Wonkette and Kos have been mocking it all along. The momentum is building. Savage is on board, Rush has mentioned it a couple times now, Levin did too. And WND has been pounding it hard. So they have reason to twist it to ridicule if they can pull it off. But they can’t, try as they might.
I can see that.
Yes...your number two option particularly-—designed to draw out Rush and others to finally mention the bc...then WHAMO...blow the whole thing up as a complete fraud, designed to expose the rightwing ‘fools’ that are trying to destroy this “great progressive president”-—thus dinging the whole bc issue while nailing Rush’s credibility at the same time.
Now THAT you can be sure the press would eagerly cover in capital letters!
It could KILL the whole thing.
People that are finally starting to look at the issue seriously would turn away.
The Obama operatives HAVE to do something..the bc issue is heating up. No doubt they want to deep six it permanently-—this could be a layered mindgame ( they are chicago mobsters after all) to do just that and take down the growing voices (Rush, Levin et al) at the same time.
I bet it never sees the light of day from youtube.
Its hard for me to picture Rush or Levin falling for something...The seller had been contacted ...He/She was accessible
The problem is they can’t blow the whole thing up as a fraud, only their little stunt. And Rush is savvy enough not to be taken for a sucker. WND, I’m not so sure. LOL
Mark Levin posts here ....I cant think of his screen name...can anyone get him to comment on this?
Here’s another copycat EBAY-BC poster. He doesn’t have the BC yet, but promises to fly over to Kenya and fetch it for you, for a fee, of course.

(Perhaps it’s Aunt Zeutuni, looking for a ticket home?)
The photo has that theatre of the absurd/cynicism that is trademark of the hip left winger...they are plenty creative, borderline nuts in fact..the photo stinks this up for me, even if it is “code”...hate to say it but a typical conservative might pick something more mundane—a landscape or some other beauty shot.
This photo screams ‘laying a trap’...and brewing ridicule.
Hope I’m wrong.
Talk radio needs to get off the fence.....It’s a FACT that Obama has refused to release or removed most of his records.
Where’s that list from Obama files we’ve seen but others may not have....here it is:
Obama has lived for almost 50 years without leaving any footprints — none! There is no Obama documentation — no bona fides — no paper trail — nothing.
Original, vault copy birth certificate — Not released — Lawyers fees — greater than $1,000,000 — birth certificate — $15.
Certification of Live Birth — Released — Counterfeit

Kindergarten records — Records lost (this is a big one — see here — read two frames)
Soetoro/Dunham marriage license — Not released

Fransiskus Assisi School School application — Released (by independent investigators)
Punahou School records — Not released
Soetoro/Dunham divorce — Released (by independent investigators)
Selective Service Registration — Released — Counterfeit
Occidental College records — Not released
Passport — Not released and records scrubbed clean by Obama’s terrorism and intelligence adviser.
Columbia College records — Not released

The Illinois State Archives told Judicial Watch that they never received any request from Senator Obama to archive any records in his possession. In 2007, Obama told Tim Russert that his records were “not kept.”
And there’s less on the web every day. In time, the entire Obama body of knowledge will consist of 3 documents — “Dreams From My Father” — “The Audacity of Hope” — and the latest — “Change We Can Believe In” — all written by Barack Hussein Obama or his “ghost-writers.”
Just an accident? I don’t think so.
The Obama File
Up late about the time this auction was going ape sh*t?
Vedy, vedy interrresting!
Without a doubt Barrack has not been that forthcoming with any real proof and he sure seems to me like he is hiding something.
Interesting...if true.
Rush did sound pretty excited today when he mentioned his project. I’m sure they will confirm the story and examine evidence b4 going public. I keep saying that this rat bastid will be exposed, I hope this is it! Cheers!
