Later today, the House will continue general debate on the American Clean Energy & Security Act, Pres. Obama's climate change legislation. The bill centers on a renewable electicity standard, encouraging the use of renewable energy and a cap-and-trade policy.

I can’t believe this is even this close... elections have consequences. When utility companies shut off customers for non-payment of their bills and people die, we’ll see what they say then. The good news is for what it’s worth, the Senate will kill this turkey.
