Obama, the African Colonial

Had Americans been able to stop obsessing over the color of Barack Obama's skin and instead paid more attention to his cultural identity, maybe he would not be in the White House today. The key to understanding him lies with his identification with his father, and his adoption of a cultural and political mindset rooted in postcolonial Africa.

Like many educated intellectuals in postcolonial Africa, Barack Hussein Obama, Sr. was enraged at the transformation of his native land by its colonial conqueror. But instead of embracing the traditional values of his own tribal cultural past, he embraced an imported Western ideology, Marxism. I call such frustrated and angry modern Africans who embrace various foreign "isms", instead of looking homeward for repair of societies that are broken, African Colonials. They are Africans who serve foreign ideas.

The tropes of America's racial history as a way of understanding all things black are useless in understanding the man who got his dreams from his father, a Kenyan exemplar of the African Colonial.

Before I continue, I need to say this: I am a first generation born West African-American woman whose parents emigrated to the U.S. in the 1970's from the country now called Nigeria. I travel to Nigeria frequently. I see myself as both a proud American and as a proud Igbo (the tribe that we come from -- also sometimes spelled Ibo). Politically, I have always been conservative (though it took this past election for me to commit to this once and for all!); my conservative values come from my Igbo heritage and my place of birth. Of course, none of this qualifies me to say what I am about to -- but at the same time it does.

My friends, despite what CNN and the rest are telling you, Barack Obama is nothing more than an old school African Colonial who is on his way to turning this country into one of the developing nations that you learn about on the National Geographic Channel. Many conservative (East, West, South, North) African-Americans like myself -- those of us who know our history -- have seen this movie before. Here are two main reasons why many Americans allowed Obama to slip through the cracks despite all of his glaring inconsistencies:

First, Obama has been living on American soil for most of his adult life. Therefore, he has been able to masquerade as one who understands and believes in American democratic ideals. But he does not. Barack Obama is intrinsically undemocratic and as his presidency plays out, this will become more obvious. Second, and most importantly, too many Americans know very little about Africa. The one-size-fits-all understanding that many Americans (both black and white) continue to have of Africa might end up bringing dire consequences for this country.

Contrary to the way it continues to be portrayed in mainstream Western culture, Africa is not a continent that can be solely defined by AIDS, ethnic rivalries, poverty and safaris. Africa, like any other continent, has an immense history defined by much diversity and complexity. Africa's long-standing relationship with Europe speaks especially to some of these complexities -- particularly the relationship that has existed between the two continents over the past two centuries. Europe's complete colonization of Africa during the nineteenth century, also known as the Scramble for Africa, produced many unfortunate consequences, the African colonial being one of them.

The African colonial (AC) is a person who by means of their birth or lineage has a direct connection with Africa. However, unlike Africans like me, their worldviews have been largely shaped not by the indigenous beliefs of a specific African tribe but by the ideals of the European imperialism that overwhelmed and dominated Africa during the colonial period. AC's have no real regard for their specific African traditions or histories.  AC's use aspects of their African culture as one would use pieces of costume jewelry: things of little or no value that can be thoughtlessly discarded when they become a negative distraction, or used on a whim to decorate oneself in order to seem exotic. (Hint: Obama's Muslim heritage).

On the other hand, AC's strive to be the best at the culture that they inherited from Europe. Throughout the West, they are tops in their professions as lawyers, doctors, engineers, Ivy League professors and business moguls; this is all well and good. It's when they decide to engage us as politicians that things become messy and convoluted.

The African colonial politician (ACP) feigns repulsion towards the hegemonic paradigms of Western civilization. But at the same time, he is completely enamored of the trappings of its aristocracy or elite culture. The ACP blames and caricatures whitey to no end for all that has gone wrong in the world. He convinces the masses that various forms of African socialism are the best way for redressing the problems that European colonialism motivated in Africa. However, as opposed to really being a hard-core African Leftist who actually believes in something, the ACP uses socialist themes as a way to disguise his true ambitions: a complete power grab whereby the "will of the people" becomes completely irrelevant.

Barack Obama is all of the above. The only difference is that he is here playing (colonial) African politics as usual.  

In his 1995 memoir, Dreams From My Father -- an eloquent piece of political propaganda -- Obama styles himself as a misunderstood intellectual who is deeply affected by the sufferings of black people, especially in America and Africa. In the book, Obama clearly sees himself as an African, not as a black American. And to prove this, he goes on a quest to understand his Kenyan roots. He is extremely thoughtful of his deceased father's legacy; this provides the main clue for understanding Barack Obama.

Barack Obama Sr. was an African colonial to the core; in his case, the apple did not fall far from the tree. All of the telltale signs of Obama's African colonialist attitudes are on full display in the book -- from his feigned antipathy towards Europeans to his view of African tribal associations as distracting elements that get in the way of "progress".  (On p. 308 of Dreams From My Father, Obama says that African tribes should be viewed as an "ancient loyalties".)

Like imperialists of Old World Europe, the ACP sees their constituents not as free thinking individuals who best know how to go about achieving and creating their own means for success. Instead, the ACP sees his constituents as a flock of ignorant sheep that need to be led -- oftentimes to their own slaughter.

Like the European imperialist who spawned him, the ACP is a destroyer of all forms of democracy.

Here are a few examples of what the British did in order to create (in 1914) what is now called Nigeria and what Obama is doing to you: 

1. Convince the people that "clinging" to any aspect of their cultural (tribal) identity or history is bad and regresses the process of "unity". British Imperialists deeply feared people who were loyal to anything other than the state. "Tribalism" made the imperialists have to work harder to get people to just fall in line. Imperialists pitted tribes against each other in order to create chaos that they then blamed on ethnic rivalry. Today many "educated" Nigerians, having believed that their traditions were irrelevant, remain completely ignorant of their ancestry and the history of their own tribes.
2. Confiscate the wealth and resources of the area that you govern by any means necessary in order to redistribute wealth. The British used this tactic to present themselves as empathetic and benevolent leaders who wanted everyone to have a "fair shake". Imperialists are not interested in equality for all. They are interested in controlling all.  
3. Convince the masses that your upper-crust university education naturally puts you on an intellectual plane from which to understand everything even when you understand nothing. Imperialists were able to convince the people that their elite university educations allowed them to understand what Africa needed. Many of today's Nigerians-having followed that lead-hold all sorts of degrees and certificates-but what good are they if you can't find a job?   
4. Lie to the people and tell them that progress is being made even though things are clearly becoming worse.  One thing that the British forgot to mention to their Nigerian constituents was that one day, the resources that were being used to engineer "progress" (which the British had confiscated from the Africans to begin with!) would eventually run out. After WWII, Western Europe could no longer afford to hold on to their African colonies. So all of the counterfeit countries that the Europeans created were then left high-and-dry to fend for themselves. This was the main reason behind the African independence movements of the1950 and 60's. What will a post-Obama America look like?
5. Use every available media outlet to perpetuate the belief that you and your followers are the enlightened ones-and that those who refuse to support you are just barbaric, uncivilized, ignorant curmudgeons.  This speaks for itself.

America, don't be fooled. The Igbos were once made up of a confederacy of clans that ascribed to various forms of democratic government. They took their eyes off the ball and before they knew it, the British were upon them. Also, understand this: the African colonial who is given too much political power can only become one thing: a despot.

...Participation of the educators at Maseno simply indicates that they were participants in the fix—by the time people were looking at these records, some real investment had been made in an effort to clean up all of Barry’s records and those of his father and of his relationship with the Dunhams and Stanley Ann.

This sounds like local gossip, not part of the school records, but it's possible the man I refer to as the Kenyan student DID go straight to the US from Kenya after Maseno. Records aren't available but in the book The Rockefellers, David Horowitz, the co-author points out that from 1953, some 30K foreign students were brought to the US, many from Africa. He would have been able to spend 4 years in the US from 1953 until 1957 and returned to Kenya. Where he was engaged by Frank Laubach/Elizabeth Mooney in secretarial work.

Elizabeth Mooney provided the funds for his travel to the US. I've often wondered how that woman justified encouraging a married man with a child and another expected, to leave his family behind...but then, he and Elizabeth were known to go on long country drives together, and he took her dancing...

Observe, Barry is born in August of 61 which I continue to think is an accurate date. Senior doesn’t get into Harvard until fall 62.

If you can take the word of Susan Blake, then Stanley Ann Dunham visited her in late August with a very young baby - having borrowed a car from a friend of her mother's. (Susan also told freeper BP2, in a telephone interview, that Stanley Ann Dunham had sent her a post-card from a ship, to tell her she was coming...)

That might indicate the child Susan saw was born late Summer/early Autumn 1961. But that doesn't tell you anything about his parents. Stanley Ann Dunham told Susan she was going to go to BOSTON to look for work and accommodation. Almost a year before the Kenyan student left Hawaii in June 1962, taking a bus tour of the US during which he met the brother of Abercrombie in San Francisco (iirc) and never once mentioned his 'wife and son' when they dined at a restaurant named the 'Blue Fox' - during which the Kenyan embarrassed Abercrombie and his wife due to the rude behavior towards the restaurant staff.

A trip to Boston with a very young baby - no work, no accommodation? Didn't make sense until we found Auntie Ella, with her boarding house, kindergarten and school where she taught Arabic.

But on the face of the record as you have it here, there isn’t any way to reconcile it other than to understand that the fix was in to get Senior some credibility as an academic at a major US university.

Reading between the lines and keeping it as simple as possible, indications are there was something in the background of the Kenyan student that made him vulnerable. He says in his application he wasn't able to complete his schooling at Maseno due to financial reasons...keep in mind, the Mau Mau uprising was between 1952 and 1960 and Onyango Obama did spend some time in detention, though it's not clear for how long or what for. One of his sons, one imagines the elder, may also have been involved. This may remain a gray area forever.

That he was in Hawaii due to the efforts of Elizabeth Mooney and Frank Laubach, whose organization was active in teaching members of NOI (Nation of Islam) literacy so they could vote, placed him in the realm of Malcolm Little of whom the FBI reported had boasted he had established a membership of 20 thousand to the 'temple' in Seattle.

His fortune increased dramatically from a young man who arrived in Hawaii with not enough to sustain him past the first semester. Was he bribed? Was he used? Were his records altered by others?

For example, what are we to make of this? In April, 1964, he stated he was a student, married to ANN OBAMA.

And then we see the memo written by William Woods, whose handwriting appears similar as on the added portion of the INS document, this one dated 8/31/61...and one wonders, did William Woods ask the Kenyan student, why didn't you complete the form as required? And what was the birthdate of the child, where is the child and the mother living?

And he replied, my son was born 8/1/1961. That's January 8, 1961 in the European fashion. But that wasn't convenient when the INS docs were released. A simple adjustment to the number 1 turned that into a four, and presto, you have what you see. 8/4/1961.

Now where have we seen that birthdate before? January 8, 1961?

ANN OBAMA was listed in the Honolulu directory as a student, at the same address as the birth announcement. We find her listed as ANNA OBAMA at Capitol Hill Seattle during the same period.

Considering that this girl came to the United States in September, 1962, and it’s unknown if she was able to return to Massachusetts after the journey to London, she wouldn’t feature a great deal in the story...unless she turns out to be the woman INS alluded to as his suspected ‘another wife’ in Cambridge. Correction:

It was not the author of A Singular Woman of whom it was reported had the unredacted INS File. It was:

Boston Globe reporter Sally Jacobs has a book coming out next week on Barack Obama Sr. titled “The Other Barack: The Bold and Reckless Life of President Obama’s Father.”

Redacted too from the Independent’s documents are the critical words that strongly suggest that, while at Harvard, Obama Sr. impregnated a Kenyan high school exchange student and sent her to London for an abortion. If these show up in Jacobs’ book un-redacted, someone at the INS will have some explaining to do.

She didn't make that mistake, in an INS Document which indicates the discussion of an adoption with the Salvation Army, she simply angled the copy of the Memo in such a way you couldn't read the name, nor follow the sentence structure:

Sally H. Jacobs has been a reporter for more than 30 years, most recently with The Boston Globe. She specializes in political reporting and profiles.

Obama Sr. told immigration officials that he thought of himself as divorced in Kenya before he arrived in the United States. Jacobs says that Obama Sr.'s immigration files also show that Obama Sr. and Dunham may have considered putting President Obama up for adoption before he was born.

That's an extremely doubtful proposition imo, based upon a Memo in which the author has deliberately obscured the important detail in an unredacted memo to which only she had access.

DNC Failed to Certify Obama as Eligible in MOST States

When I first became aware that the Democratic National Committee prepared, signed and notarized two slightly different Certification of Nomination documents for the Obama-Biden ticket in the 2008 election, I was shocked and after verifying both documents as real, I wrote about it in The Theory is Now a Conspiracy and Facts Don’t Lie released on September 10, 2009.

The question was obvious – Why TWO different DNC Obama certification documents, and why did one have proper certification of constitutional eligibility in it, while the other had that certification deleted?

The Obama camp had been using the defense that the DNC had properly vetted and certified Obama’s eligibility for months. Judge after judge had used that claim …” despite the very real fact that Obama has never released any authenticated proof on the subject.

Then we find out that the DNC did NOT certify Obama as eligible under Article II – Section I of the Constitution, in 49 of 50 states. The DNC had only filed such certification in the state of Hawaii, Obama’s alleged birth place. The other 49 states received a Certification of Nomination which did NOT certify Obama as constitutionally eligible for office.

Reviewing The FACTS:
1. Electors from each state rely on each party’s state authority in that state to certify the nomination of their candidates and verify their legal qualifications to serve under the provisions of the U.S. Constitution.

2. Hawaiian election law specifically requires each state’s party authority to file a sworn application (Official Certification of Nomination) with Hawaii’s Chief Elections Officer certifying the eligibility of each candidate to serve as President and Vice President of the United States.

3. Hawaii Revised Statute 11-113 (c) specifically requires that this sworn application from each state party authority contains explicit language stating that all candidates are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution in order for the Chief Elections Officer to approve the candidate for placement on the state’s presidential ballot.

4. On August 27th, 2008, by notary testimony, authorities of the Democrat Party of Hawaii (DPH) signed a sworn Official Certification of Nomination and was required to submit the document to Hawaii’s Chief Election Officer, Kevin Cronin before 4:30 p.m. on September 5, 2008 or September 8, 2008 allowing for the count of one additional business day for one lost on Labor day.

5. The DPH, chaired by Brian Schatz, refused to include legally required language, per HRS 11-113 (c)(1)(B), within the state party’s Official Certification of Nomination stating that Obama was Constitutionally eligible to serve as President.

6. The Democrat Party of Hawaii included this legally required language for other Presidential and Vice Presidential candidates in past elections dating to, at least, 2000 and 2004. Therefore, the omission of this language within the DPH’s 2008 OCON of Obama’s candidacy is not a mistake or an oversight. It was done intentionally and with full understanding of Brian Schatz that the Hawaiian CEO, Kevin Cronin, would not be legally permitted to approve Barack Obama as a candidate on the Hawaiian presidential ballot, unless the Democratic National Committee (the national party authority) included this language in its OCON.

7. The Republican Party of Hawaii included the legally required language in its sworn 2008 Official Certification of Nomination for John McCain and Sarah Palin, per HRS 11-113, without reservation or exceptions.

8. The Democrat Party of Hawaii refused to acknowledge that Barack Obama was legally qualified to serve as president under the provisions of U.S. Constitution and, therefore, the DPH refused to provide legal certification allowing the Hawaiian Chief Elections Officer to approve the placement of Barack Obama on the Hawaiian presidential ballot.

9. Since the DPH did not provide legal certification of Barack Obama’s constitutional candidacy, Kevin Cronin, was required to send a written notice to Barack Obama informing him that the DPH refused to provide legal certification of his candidacy for approval of his inclusion on the State of Hawaii’s 2008 presidential ballot. Cronin was legally required to send this notification within 10 business days from the time Cronin received the OCON from the DPH. Cronin also had the option, under HRS 11-113, to extend the notification deadline five more business days for a total of 15 days from the day the DPH filed the OCON.

10. The DPH’s OCON is dated August 27th, 2008. However, HRS 11-113 provides that OCONs may be filed by 4:30 p.m. on no less than the 60th day prior to the day of the election. In this case, based on the alleged date appearing the DPH’s OCON, the DPH still had eight more days to file the OCON and perhaps request verification documentation from Obama. Therefore, Obama received his notification of the Hawaiian CEO’s findings no later than September 20, 2008.

11. However, documents provided by the Hawaiian Election Commission show that the Democratic National Committee, chaired by Nancy Pelosi, signed its 2008 Official Certification of Nomination with a date of August 28, 2008. However, documented evidence shows that the DNC also authored a separate version of its OCON at a later time. One version was sent only to Hawaii containing specific wording which directly contradicted that state party’s Constitutional authority to declare that Barack Obama was not constitutionally eligible to serve as president and was, therefore, not approved for inclusion on the Hawaiian presidential ballot.

12. Article IV-Section 4, Article IV-Section 1 and Article II-Section 1 of the Constitution grants sovereignty for certifying a candidate’s nomination and approving a candidate’s inclusion on each state’s presidential ballot to each state. The Democratic National Committee does not have the legal authority to supersede the sovereignty of Hawaii’s appointed authority to conduct election, approve ballot content and certify the nomination of candidates.

13. By intentionally contradicting the findings of Hawaii’s party authority for the purpose of forcing the state of Hawaii to include Obama’s candidacy on its ballot, the Democratic National Committee, headed by Nancy Pelosi, committed election fraud and violated the Constitutional right of the people of the state of Hawaii to an election process in which supreme power is held by the citizens and their entitlement to vote for Constitutionally eligible candidates.

14. The Official Certification of Nomination sent to Hawaii’s Chief Elections Officer by the DNC was not sent to any other state’s CEO.

15. Based on the authority given them by the Constitution, some states’ election laws do not require an explicit statement indicating a candidate’s legal qualifications to serve under the provisions of the Constitution, like Hawaii, but rather a general statement citing documentation that the candidate is qualified under federal law to serve as President and Vice President.

16. The DNC sent a different OCON to every other state omitting the reference to Constitutional eligibility.

17. Cronin sent written notification to Obama stating that Obama was found legally qualified to serve as President under the provisions of the U.S. Constitution based on the DNC’s OCON.

18. The Democratic Party of Hawaii and the Democratic National Committee do not agree with one another about the Constitutional qualifications of Barack Obama.

19. Cronin’s notifications have never been revealed to the public.

20. If the notification from Cronin to Obama stated that Obama was found not qualified to be on the Hawaiian ballot, Obama had five business days after the finding to send a written request for a hearing to contest the finding and reconcile his lack of eligibility with the DPH.

21. Upon receiving a request for a hearing from Obama, Cronin was obligated to schedule the hearing within 10 business days of receiving the request.

22. Hearings to contest candidate eligibility findings are conducted under Administrative Procedures governed by HRS AR 91.

23. AR 91 allows a petitioner for a hearing to request reasonable scheduling accommodations in order to attend the hearing based on travel, personal matters and/or financial issues.

24. The hearing would have been conducted around mid to late October, 2008.

25. Barack Obama’s grandmother was reported to have become gravely ill in early to mid October, 2008.

26. Barack Obama was in Hawaii in mid October, 2008. The American public was told that his only business there was to visit with his ill grandmother.

27. Obama went to Hawaii, suddenly, without his wife and children, even though Dunham’s condition was reported to have been expectedly declining for several weeks, during which, at any time, Obama could have otherwise scheduled a planned visit. The exclusion of Dunham’s great-grandchildren and Michelle Obama during this visit is odd. Madelyn Dunham did not pass away for two more weeks after Obama’s visit having never been visited by Obama’s family in her final months.

27. HRS 11-113 (b) states: If there is no national party or the national and state parties…do not agree on the presidential and vice presidential candidates, the chief election officer may determine which candidates’ names shall be placed on the ballot or may leave the candidates’ names off the ballot completely.

28. Barack Obama was included on the 2008 Hawaiian Presidential ballot.

Obama went to Hawaii, suddenly, without his wife and children, even though Dunham’s condition was reported to have been expectedly declining for several weeks, during which, at any time, Obama could have otherwise scheduled a planned visit. The exclusion of Dunham’s great-grandchildren and Michelle Obama during this visit is odd. Madelyn Dunham did not pass away for two more weeks after Obama’s visit having never been visited by Obama’s family in her final months.

She wasn't his grandmother. Madelyn never told her co-workers at the Bank that she had a grandson. Madelyn told Stanley Armour's half-sister, Virginia Goeldner in the early eighties during the Goeldner's visit to Hawaii, that the reason she and her husband had been looking after 'the boy' was because his mother died in 1970.

Madelyn very well knew who his parents were. She took the secret of his parentage to the grave.

Of course, no one in this comment is an uncle of Obama, but Mr Goeldner, husband of Virginia Goeldner, did install banking systems in Riyadh.

MAUMELLE, Ark. – Cecil Max Goeldner, 75, passed away Monday, March 18, 2013. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26, at Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby, with visitation 10 a.m. until service time.

He was born July 3, 1937, in Butler County, to Cecil B. and Hazel Maxine MacKay Goeldner. He was a member of First United Methodist Church in Maumelle, and lead guitarist of The Grandpas.

He was a retired Boeing employee, a co-founder of Data Center Inc. in Kansas, and Pacesetter in Michigan, and was a computer systems analyst for Systematics and Alltel.

He was preceded in death by daughter, Donna Elaine Goeldner.

Survivors include wife, Virginia (Dunham) Goeldner of Maumelle; daughter, Layla Cecil Goeldner of Saudi Arabia; son, Kevin Blake Goeldner of Aledo, Texas; grandchildren, Nadia, Maria, Dania, Abdulrahman, Omar, Grace and Seth; great-grandchildren, Abdullah, Jena, Adam, Tariq and Sami.

Goeldner said her sister-in-law actually raised Barrack Obama, or Barry as they called him, when he was young, after his mother died in 1970.
