She didn't make that mistake, in an INS Document which indicates the discussion of an adoption with the Salvation Army, she simply angled the copy of the Memo in such a way you couldn't read the name, nor follow the sentence structure:
You are looking at a memo dated April 10, 1961. That's when the child the babysitter referred to as being seven months old in August 1961, would have been about three months old.
