Underground cave. Have you ever seen a cave that wasn’t?

Underground Cave Dating

Hmm. Nothing else seems to work. I might as well try that.

Is it the ancient equivalent of speed-dating?

I’m confused. Is this about taking your dates to underground caves?, or is it about two underground caves going on a date?

:-)

More seriously, I’ve always wanted to explore caves, but I’m claustrophobic. Since this article mentions underground caves, I was wondering where the caves were that aren’t under the ground, because I could probably explore those.

:-)

“All of the quarries that we know are above ground.”
////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

Certainly a strange sentence if there ever was one. Every rock quarry I ever saw was an open pit, how one could be above ground is a puzzlement.

Digging down under the surface requires extreme efforts in hauling the heavy rocks up to the surface, and in this case the quarrying was immense. The question is, why?

Because it's nice and cool down there, silly!

Then, maybe he is wrong. Just down the road apiece is this....... not a quarry but a treasury

Why is this in my Editorial sidebar? This is General/Chat content, not that there’s anything wrong with that.
