It's not a "scandal". It is a very serious red flag for those of us who were looking him to be a contender in 2012. If he can't take the heat in the State House without bugging out then I do not want him near the White House. At this point it would take a helluva "verifiably true" story to explain this episode to my satisfaction.

Me, too. This is more serious than I thought when I first posted regardless of the final story. If he is in the clear then this PR will probably die a quick death. But if he is truly irresponsible then that's a different matter entirely. I guess we just gotta wait.

Get the facts at any cost. You don't have to make your your facts, the main stream media will do it for you. I don't want a leader that is there 24/7. Just because the “news” said his wife didn't know and his staff didn't know where he was, you believe them?
