If the truth be told, the story should read ... “Thousands of underemployed, unemployed, shiftless, hopelessly dependent on tax dollars, drones and community activist people boarded board buses and trains for Springfield to protest possible budget cuts ....”

Teachers Union. They sure can drum up a crowd when they need to keep the money flowing.

Some organizers affected could see their funding cut in half, while others could see their state money eliminated altogether. AFSCME = ACORN

Also Monday, Quinn spoke to a group of several hundred who oppose the budget cuts, at a Humboldt Park rally. Several of supporters became so excited, they began jumping in time to their chants. He suddenly joined them. "I believe in jumping for the common good. Some of these proposed budget cutbacks would result in 100,000 people losing their jobs," Quinn said Monday.
Wow. This must be written at a grade level Chicgoans can understand.

Some ancient Roman guy stated something along these lines: “A Democracy last only as long as it takes for the people to realize they can vote themselves the countries treasure”.
We are getting close, huh?
I suggest all of us taxpaying, fee paying law abiding productive working folks figure out every single exemption and deduction we can possibly find (all legally of course) to insure that our governments at all levels find themselves in the same situation, and that we force them to decide to cut loose the dross. I am all for taking care of widows and orphans etc, but those of sound mind and body who will not work will not eat on my watch. Illegals (note the Illegal part of the word) will be tossed over a border (anyone will do, in my opinion) or repatriated to their origin if incarcerated here).
Stand firm and keep up the pressure!!!
God Bless America
