Shepard Smith's assault on Conservatives
I'm sure many of my readers were tuned into Fox News this afternoon between 2:30pm-4:00PM
I was stunned at the misguided comments of Shepard Smith regarding the Holocaust Museum shooting.
Smith was attempting to make a profound correlation between the shooting suspect James Von Brunn and those who publish websites that criticize Barack Obama.
One could say that this is subjective and Smith's accusations were really directed at people who are anti-semitic or calling for assassinations. However, Smith removed any “benefit of a doubt” we could have afforded him when he pointed at..."

I heard Smith’s rant today. This isn’t the first time. I generally don’t watch the guy because he isn’t the brightest bulb out there. But, I wanted to follow the coverage of the shooting....and I won’t watch CNN and MSNBC.
I guess he is following the Obama playbook (don’t let a crisis to waste). Like I said, he just isn’t real smart.

I saw the obnoxious display he made of himself, I have no idea why FOX gives him a show. He is a typical non-thinking, uninformed leftwing nutcake who hates conservatives and conservatism. I’m sure he made no comments similar todays when the recent Islam convert gunned down servicemen in Arkansas recently.
I watch FOX a lot and usually flip the channel as soon as his smarmy face appears, today I wasn’t fast enough and then was so stunned by his rant blaming the ‘right-wing’ terrorists for one lunatic’s assault, I had to watch long enough to be sure it was as bad as I thought it was. It was!
It would arguably be an even more justifiable to posit in the public discussions on the matter that it was Obama’s apparent willingness to throw Israel under the bus coupled with Rev Wrights comments about Jews thwarting Obama that served as just the sort of green light James Von Brunn needed to act on his hatred for Jews.
Any email addresses for his boss so we can send a response from Conservatives.
Shep was doing another Katrina today. Oh, just wait until Geraldo gets this.
Shep should be fired for inciting violence today.
His comments were unrelated to the incident and totally vile.

Just think, Glenn Beck could move up one whole (better) time slot if Smith was dropped down to the 5 PM Eastern (too early) hour that Beck is saddled with.
This is not beyond the realm of possibility if we let Fox (or Ailes) know how we feel.

Fox needs to fire this fag and throw whorealdo out in the bargain. They are both disgusting. Shep’s katrina coverage made me want to puke.
Shepherd Smith has some strengths...workaholism appears to me to be one of them. But, he has no buzz about his show. It’s a take-it-or-leave-attitude so far as my friends are concerned.
Most of us don’t think he has the creativity of many in the news media. Even on Fox, it’s pretty clear that Steve Doocy and Brian Kilmeade are much quicker wits, and far more fun to get info from.
This shows up in the plodding pace of Smith’s shows. His producers give him fancy graphics, sets, and formats, but his style slows them down and robs them of any hook. No one is talking about how excited they are to see Smith’s show.
Fox would be far better off putting Glen Beck in that 7 PM time slot leading up to O’Reilly. I’m betting it would increase O’Reilly’s lead in audience by a million plus.
I can’t stand Shep. He is a die hard liberal - dumber than you know what. I turn the channel when he is on.
