I guess crazy people just have a beating coming to them. Maybe next time he will listen to the voices that tell him to zip up.....let’s give the cops a medal for keeping the crime of unzipping in public from going unchecked. I feel much safer now.

For FReepers who wonder... “Puh ‘sake” is an acceptable pronunciation, although many (most?) North Jersey natives will pronounce it “Puh ‘say ik” with the last two syllables almost blending together.

Kind of interesting how the tape is sped up, which makes the force used look more forceful. Plus there is no audio, so we don't know what was said. The arrested man did look like he made a punching motion toward the cop car at the beginning.
Plus this wasn't done in a back ally. There were other people around.
