It is the absence of compliance that implies his tacit admission to the accusations. Furthermore, the entire DNC and its membership become accomplices in the lack of true verification and vetting.
No BC.
No school records/transcripts.
No legal records/papers/presentations/pleadings.
No pix of a proud father—him or his father.
No school chums, pictures with his bike or pet fish. Nothing.
The man’s as much of a blank slate as there is. Anyone who discounts the Virgin Birth/supports Darwinism needs to be countered with the argument that without absolute legal proof, 0bama is not natural-born citizen of the US. There is no cause to hide origin here, but there is legitimate reason not to do so.
The media dug up more on Joe the Plumber in one weekend than they did on Baraq in 2 years.

Yes, but Obama had better people and they knew that the Clinton camp would be coming after this. All he has to do is produce a birth certificate. That should not be a problem.
If it’s rediculous to say so, then the media would have been ridiculing the whole issue. Instead they casually dismiss it and never look back? Apparently the media doesn’t want to keep a spotlight on the issue for more than a minute, for if they did, most thinking people would say “yeah...I’m sure he was born here...so why doesn’t he just produce the document and move on?”
Obama was not born in this country and he has produced nothing to refute this statement. There needs to be a groundswell of support to push this issue to the forefront where it belongs. If he was not born in the US then he must step down.
I keep coming back to two thoughts:
What is He Hiding and Why?
and
Does the Constitution still Matter?
If these two are non issues then we might as well water the tree of liberty again. .

With all their baggage he could take his pick. I think George Soros or people connected to him had the final say as Obambi and the Clintons both work for the same people pretty much when it comes to saying who they will make it happen.
I think it was the baggage that probably was the foil and what did the Clintons in as far as the POTUS gig. Or at least a portion of it. And the powers that be didn’t want a loss that would hamper them from making their agenda happen.

(1) What hospital was Obama born at?
(2) What doctor signed Obama’s birth certificate?
(3) What public documents did you use to find the answers to the first two questions?
The release of one document would quiet 99%, if not 100%, of this down.
Then again, given the proclivities of the main-stream media, and the number of Republicans also willing to poo-poo this whole inquiry, why on Earth would Obama change course?

I can rarely tolerate Boortz. He is a last resort, and I have started to listen to Glenn Beck (640am in Atlanta) - although his fatalism, as accurate as it is, is scary and depressing... so I have to moderate my listening there, too.
No I know but my doctor friend has every right to go to medical records and retrieve information. However, he was not willing. He isn’t allowed to get their Health information unless they were his patient but he is able to establish whether the mother Ann Dunham was a patient in VGH on the date of his birth!! That was all I wanted to find out as it would prove a lot. However, I don’t see why the SCOTUS would not be interested in following the Constitution and demanding that he present proper documentation establishing his birth place and producing a Vault copy of the BC. That is only right as only an American born citizen is qualified to even run for the office. Something about this whole thing stinks imo. CO

It's not a legitmate issue. As for nasty smug rebuttals, read the responses to those of us that point out this is a bogus issue.

I think that was one of his points.
I don’t think anyone’s provided any facts pertaining to Obama’s legal fees, if any. I’ve heard figures upwards of millions of dollars, but never with anything to back up that claim.
There are other sites with similar claims.
I suppose all his legal teams could be working pro bono for him, but I don't believe it.
