Kansas Abortionist George Tiller was shot today as he was going to Church.

How very christian of you
I look at the killer like another famous Kansan, John Brown. I agreed with John Brown on the issue of abolition but his tactics were not right. Neither was this guy.
Tiller had bought off many politicians and judges with Eugenics money and special interest money.
The killer should get the death penalty if Kansas has one, and Tiller I believe for his crimes, God will render the judgement.
I've been pointing that out for almost a year...since we heard of Obama's idea for a National Police Force through Homeland Security.
FOXNEWS and O'Reilly are going to be sued. He's #1. Yet, I doubt he can take the position "sh*t happens". He publicly warned Dr. Tiller of Judgment Day.
Finally, they're going to have all of Mr. Roeder's rants and screeds to paint right-wing blogs as dangerous.
Your premise is that the response to child sacrifice by one group was to send another group in to slaughter everyone, including the children.
That is madness.
Tiller's killer NOT connected with any prolife groups!
And as the writer notes: the left might be in a bit of trouble here -— how can the left tell us not to fear every Muslim, but then tell us to fear every prolifer?
My point?
There have been 8 abortionists shot since Roe V. Wade.
How many Americans have died from terrorist attacks during that period?
Read Acts 15.
Christians were never supposed to embrace the wrongs of pre-Christian groups, but rather to supersede those pre-Christian groups with a truer and better path.
That is madness.
That's Old Testament. That's madness??
I didn’t write it, I only read it and study it.
What’s the big deal? He was for abortion rights. This person merely aborted a person who caused him discomfort.
It was a post middle age abortion.
At least Tiller didn’t have all of his skin burned with acid; or have his arms and legs pulled off one by one, then his head crushed.
Statement on Killing of Late-Term Abortionist George Tiller 5/31/2009
Wendy Wright, President of Concerned Women for America, and a leader of the Summer of Mercy peaceful protests in Wichita in 1991, stated:
“We are disturbed and saddened to learn that notorious late-term abortionist George Tiller was shot and killed today in Wichita. Through the years, hundreds of thousands of pro-lifers have prayed for George Tiller, peacefully tried to persuade him to end his killing of innocent children and exploitation of women, and actively worked to enforce the laws of Kansas. We were guided by the hope that he would change his ways and find forgiveness in Jesus Christ. As the Bible states, ‘Do I take any pleasure in the death of the wicked? declares the Sovereign LORD. Rather, am I not pleased when they turn from their ways and live?’ (Ezekiel 18:23)
“George Tiller faced on-going charges of misconduct as pro-lifers continued to rely on our civilized system to bring justice. Now, we will rely on the justice system to discover the motive of his alleged killer and expect that the full force of the law will be applied. Politicians, abortion activists, law enforcement and the media should be careful to distinguish between the millions of peaceful pro-lifers who seek the end of abortion and provide compassionate care for pregnant women, and the person who acted as a vigilante. We denounce this act of violence against George Tiller, just as we denounce the violence he committed against unborn babies and women.”
Judy Smith, Director of Concerned Women for America of Kansas, stated, “We have all worked diligently for the rule of law to be restored in Kansas and that the laws duly enacted by our legislators would be followed by everyone, including abortionists. Now someone has usurped the rule of law and taken it into his own hands and rendered vigilante justice rather than allowing the laws and procedures to work. Someone, possibly in their frustration at the slowness of the process, decided not to wait on God for the perfection of justice. It is never right to commit a wrong to make something right.”
This thread is disgusting! I can’t believe Jim Robinson tolerates the vile comments here. My last comment.
Bye Free Republic.
Tiller was the dark side. He was a mass murderer, not only of babies, but of women as well.
Sorry, but he did get what he deserved. Sorry the law didn’t legally execute the man. I don’t condone murder; but one murder being killed by another seems like justice to me.
Tragic was when Bill Cosby’s son was gunned down for no reason. It is the culture of death, spawned by the abortion movement, that made these types of killings common place.
I notice that the FBI is going to beef up protection at abortion clinics. Why? Seems to me, since he was killed at a church, the FBI should direct their security to churches!
You have not posted in two years. We will say a fond farewell to you and all your contributions.
Bellevuesbest cannot take any more
Vile comments shake him to the core
We say live and let live
But advice we will give
Don’t let your *** get hit by the door

Okay, so we better bring our boys home from the war zone then. They are killing people.
Slave owners in this country could legally kill blacks for hundreds of years. Australians could legally shoot aboriginal peoples until the late 20th century. Hitler legally killed Jews. Germans legally killed Jewish babies. That doesn’t make it right!
Tiller killed full term babies, as well as women. Even mentally challenged women. He was a monster. He influenced others to be just was despicable as he was. One could even say his killer followed Tiller’s example of exterminating a life that made the killer’s life harder.
I do not believe it was evil to kill him—I believe it was evil NOT to charge him with murder. It was evil to allow him to continue killing innocents.
Again, sorry, but I think it was a greater good to stop him. He wasn’t your average abortionist.
I found it ironic that Geraldo showed the story of Tiller’s death right next to the story of Casey Anthony.
Casey only killed one baby. Tiller killed thousands.
Why?
You can not tolerate those who disagree with you?
You need to get some courage, and face the horror that abortion has become, in this country.
To say we understand the motives of the shooters does not, in any way, say that we encourage such actions.
You do not want to get your hands dirty, or argue important and difficult issues?
Fine, go watch American Idol or whatever shallow thing you would rather do with your time.
What church?
She showed up at a very large rally at the WSU stadium.
She also sent out lots of fund raising letters.
