Yes, earlier confirmation on Japanese sources a little while ago but this morning’s North Korean explosion up in Kilchu County on their northwest coast, somwhere at Hiroshima/Nagasaki atomic explosion-levels. Correct.

President Obama said Sunday night (edited for brevity):
"Because of bad decisions made by the previous administration and eight years of failed policies, I now have another mess on my hands. I have enough on my plate without this situation, but now is not the time to argue the past, even though there were a lot of bad decisions that created this mess for my incoming administration, and it will force us to spend more money, even before we do what it takes to reform the health care system and cut deficits in half in ten years, after asking the top 1% of wage earners to forego the benefits they got from the failed policies of the past. Now we must make tough choices, such as doing nothing, as some argue, or investing in the future. Clearly, this situation demands shared sacrifice, which we will ask 1% of our population to pay for." OK, he didn't say that. Yet.
But first, he will say, "Make no mistake, let me be perfectly clear....."
