Democrats on the House intelligence committee said Thursday that CIA officers broke the law in 2002 if they told Nancy Pelosi then that they had not yet engaged in waterboarding.
"If they make a false report, absolutely it's illegal," said Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), a member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. "If they fail to make a report when they're obligated to that is also illegal — a violation of the National Security Act."
Said CIA Spokesman George Little: “It is not the policy of the CIA to mislead the United States Congress.”

Obama gets this whole mess going by floating the idea that his moonbat rat buddies can go after Bush/Cheney to score political points - calls interrogations torture.

There's absolutely no doubt in my mind that the witnesses will tell the truth and Nancy will need to be vigorously punished by the House.

I can’t believe the dims are going to war with the CIA. This should be good watching, only problem is we may not know half of what happens behind the scenes and the dims may not know what hits them in the future. I had a class with a professor that used to do research work for the CIA and he said one time their motto should be don’t get mad, get even, and then get ahead.

“May have” are the operative words in this spun story. But the MSM will run the headline in such as way as to imply that it is a fait accompli that CIA lied about waterboarding.
Torture once was inflicting painful removal of some body part or joint - and now its pouring water on the head of a terrorist.
Hate crimes are what the Nazis did to the Jews - and now its what a minister does when he reads sections of the Bible about homosexuality. Oh and BTW its common knowledge that the GOP is the Third Reich in American form.
Massacre of wildlife is what the whalers did - and now its what you do when you run your air conditioning.
So now the CIA are CRIMINALS (as is Bush et al), because the Democrats have decided that this is the best word to use to incite the American people to the hatred of their (the Democrats) enemies.

I had to laugh this morning when Bob Beckel came to Pelosi’s defense and said the CIA was lying. “If my choice was believing Speaker Pelosi or the CIA, I’d believe Pelosi.” Must be Nancy is paying for his massages with prostitutes these days.
