Democrats on the House intelligence committee said Thursday that CIA officers broke the law in 2002 if they told Nancy Pelosi then that they had not yet engaged in waterboarding.
"If they make a false report, absolutely it's illegal," said Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), a member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. "If they fail to make a report when they're obligated to that is also illegal — a violation of the National Security Act."
Said CIA Spokesman George Little: “It is not the policy of the CIA to mislead the United States Congress.”

This is getting good. The Dems have gotten away with lies for so long, and now they are all catching up to them.
And today, Nancy said she wants a truth commission to get out all the facts and get to the truth.
We may need more popcorn to watch if they really go down this road of a truth commission.

This is really fun watching the Democrats pick a fight with an agency that can “produce” any evidence it wants.
I’m actually enjoying watching the Democrats in Congress and the Democrats in the CIA getting their briefs in a bind.

For the most part, the CIA is pretty liberal, and likes to leak to get the Republicans in trouble and to keep the press happy. Now we may start seeing the opposite.
