If this meeting is so important, shouldn’t the Secy of State be the one doing it, not some unknown, unvetted, unappointed “personal representative” of Obama? Hillary has been side-lined to official photo ops with dignataries. Like everything else, foreign policy has been taken away from the people appointed to do it and made the private preserve of a megalomanic president and his secretive, report-only-to-him “advisers.”
