I agree with her take on marriage, and salute her for taking on the charge to get the number of marrieds back up. Even though Blacks are clearly a problem in this area, Whites are joining in more than we should be happy about.

You know folks, I’m surprised I might agree with even one thing an Obama appointee might believe.

My take on it is that if Obama hears about her stance on marriage, she may not get nominated after all. LOL

His ‘crew’ would probably see that as a negative.

Actually, despite Rev. Wright, et. al. black Christian ministers have taken a very conservative tack on marriage. I know of working poor who won't have their wives work. That is the man's job.

Sadly, white conservatives cannot seem to get these same groups to cross over and vote with their beliefs and interests.

100% of the ones I know voted Obama.

If Sears is pro-marriage, and liberal on all else, she'd be the best pick we'll see out of this administration. Maybe she'll even be an anti-Souter...I know I am dreaming.

I know a guy who drives a limo. He is constantly harassed by the city government for taxes, fees, fines, etc. They make his job a misery with rules, regulations and bureaucracy. This is as reported per him. He moans about it on a daily basis.

He tells me he's a communist and wants that kind of government. He voted for Obama.

Apparently, there is no limit to how dumb you can be on the Left.
