Alan Keyes among 21 arrested at Notre Dame May 8, 2009 1:29 PM Former Illinois U.S. Senate candidate Alan Keyes and 20 other protesters were arrested this morning when they refused to leave the Notre Dame campus during a protest of President Obama's upcoming commencement address there, a university spokesman said.

I like the billboard.
That’s outrageous. That video and its headline is a complete lie. You should be ashamed of yourself for propagating such garbage.
I think you're right, but you are trying to make a moral equivalency between the Leftists and us.
My gripe would be based on the fact that generally, Lefties are given a pass, (just look at how the Lefties who tore down the crosses protesting abortion back in February were recently honored for their contributions to the debate, and how the Lefties who shut down Tancredos speech just a couple weeks ago are going scott free, including the professor who organized and gave extra credit for the 'protestors', thugs really) and conservatives are held to the law, or even held to the standards of the arresting policeman that may very well far exceed the law.
Thanks for the ping.
I have no qualms in their free expression. That's not my point. In fighting a battle like this which is going to require loads of money (thus loads of public donations) and even more time, it's one thing to express freely and quite another to express smartly. Political strategies come in two flavors: Blunt Instrument (LOSER) and Surgical Precision (WINNER). This was obviously the former and a pretty sad example at that.
What happens if a Cathjolic bishop shows up at Notre Dame pushing a baby carriage?

You're right.
This is a wonderful quote!
Please let Ambassador Keyes know that he has my gratitude and prayers.
That post proves you will stoop to anything.
Nice work for those who continue to kill thousands of babies every day. I hope Rahm at least sends you a nice note or something.
I have real respect for those women who carry the “I regret my abortion” signs. It must be very hard to do that. There were a couple of them at the last pro-life demonstration I attended earlier this year. All nice, well-dressed, probably well-employed middle class young women - and they regretted it enough to stand by the side of the big streets in Jax and let people in passing cars stare at them or yell things at them.
I’d like to see that...
What, like your panty waist Republican leaders who won't lift one finger to stop abortion?
“A march with a huge turnout is difficult for anyone to ignore.”
.
National wide the turn out for the Tea Parties was 500,000 - 1,000,000. Some individual tea parties had > 10,000 attending. Yet they were studiously ignored by the MSM.
I agree with you soldier....actually the most effective rallies are those which are well planned with a clear message...but you have to admit, Keyes sure did get our attention..
Your post is from a Leftist blog entitled “ObamaManiaBlog”...at ObamaMania-YesWeCan.blogspot.com. It has now been removed.
Does your conscience bother you at all for helping spread Leftist pro-abort pro-Obama propaganda, or not?
Thanks deport...great pic...that tells it all..
“Is Keyes Catholic?”
.
Yes
Noticed that OBAMAMANIABLOG has quite a few clips...what’s the story with that?
***The media tend to focus on the showy aspects of protests signs, people dressed in costume, etc. but I think the real impact gets across when the sheer numbers of people cant be ignored.***
Sorry, Jenny, but you’re wrong. The media ignores such a protest if it isn’t for a liberal cause.
Thanks deport...great pic...that tells it all..
Your welcome.
