Moving quickly to release Chinese Uighur terrorists into the United States, Obama administration officials have -- for the second time -- overridden objections of federal agencies responsible for national security.
The first time -- as I reported on April 20 -- the White House overrode the inter-agency panel it created from all the national security agencies to review all the cases of the Guantanamo Bay prisoners. That panel found that the seventeen Uighurs -- members of the East Turkestan Islamic Movement captured at an al-Queda training camp in Pakistan -- were too dangerous to release in the United States.

I wonder how the rubes at the New Yorker feel now that the cover meant to mock our fears of Obama has become a self-evident truth.

Later it will be right wingers. We will all be targeted and will eventually see a repeat of what always happens in Communists countries. All opposition will be silenced and the resistors will go to "reeducation camps", also known as prisons. None of this will be reported because the media are all Communist boosters and fellow travelers.

Which is our main hope with a lot of what Obama is doing. A lot of evil consequences are about to hit for all to see, we just need to be patient for about another six months till all the chickens start coming home to roost. After that, we have to pin everything all the way down to indigestion on Obama.
Long term, I suspect the country will become pretty sick of the messiah. Sort of like watching Britney Spears or Lindsey Lohan self destruct.

He certainly will be to blame if they do attack Americans. On the other hand, I thought they were against the Chinese government, not us. Were they at an Al Qaida camp to learn how to fight the Chinese, or to fight us? Does anyone here know more about this issue?
I think you missed the post in the first 100 from a local Uighar organization explaining that the Chinese are treating them as badly as they do the Tibetians, and that they well be given housing and support by their ethnic residents in the DC metropolitan area. The post further lamented that they do not have a Dali Lama to publicize their mistreatment.
And yet these same CIA FBI and military folks that were constantly leaking stuff about W are completely silent.
I just dont get it.

True, maybe. But it's still giving aid and comfort to the enemies of the United States. That is treason, as defined by Article III Section 3 of the Constitution. Per Article II Section 4, that is an impeachable offense.
