LOL, OK, I haven't watched Nightline in years. But after waking up from a dose of sleep after a long day's work this evening, I was suddenly confronted with Nightline. Presenting the view of "many" in the media and society concerning the current presidency of Barack Obama, after the first 100 days.
This "balanced" (my emphasis) survey of "well known personalities" (using Nightline's terms) of the American mindset included: Nancy Pelosi, Bill Mayer, Ali Wentworth, Paul Krugman, Arianna Huffington, Al Sharpton and Cokie Roberts with Jim Cramer, George Will, and Newt Gingrich barely sprinkled in to allow the word "balanced" to be used in any post show descriptions by the left.
If anyone saw this incredibly water-boarded view of the news and of the current President, feel free to comment here. I was totally disgusted, and I watch "the news" a lot.
God Help America.
They’re prostrated at the feet of their (false) idol.
Idolotry is a no-no with God.
How can we compete with that?
We are truly finished, they have won.
There’s a good reason that I haven’t watched TV for years now.
Last time I watched Nightline was in 91?
Conservatives shouldn’t describe these broadcasts as “the news”. They’re not reporting the news. They’re propagating doctrine.
Try to refrain from calling ‘it’ “news”.
ABC...America’s Barrack Channel
Boycott Disney. They own ABC News.
Remember Day 192 in the Iran Hostage Crisis??? That was when it was best... now it is Primetime Live, Biased Version
“Try to refrain from calling it news.”
Sorry, I forgot to “Quote” the second reference. My bad. lol.
Maher: Obama opened a can of badly needed “Bushbegone”
Obama saved us from the GOP ticket of McCain and Cruella de Vil.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Jim Cramer, a guy who voted for Obama, is considered the right-wing balance?
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Oh yeah, M A H E R.
For some reason I inserted a “Y” (whY?).
You may be new to this, but your only hope of getting any kind of decent reporting is Fox News, and they even tick me off at times. Hannity is arguably the best, O’Reilly has his moments....other than that, stay here on FR to hear the real truth.
LOL. Cramer’s vote for OB must have been “Socially” oriented.
Even he is not “off-set” enough to believe the economic Pluses of this Political Used Car Salesman.
P.S.
Read every book that Bernard (Bernie) Goldberg has ever written. He worked for CBS news for years, and knows the true meaning of “bias”, which is actually the name of the first book of his I read.......
LOL, the Koppel show is still on? You’re kidding, right?
i think its now run by Ted “Don’t feel sorry for the Dukies” Moran
That show's still on? I stopped watching it a couple decades ago because of the bias.
And because I couldn't help laughing at Ted Kopple. I've always thought they couldn't make a movie of his life because the only person who could possibly play him, Ted Knight, is dead.
I ripped out the cable on the day Clinton was acquitted in the Senate. Oh, yeah, Arlen Specter cited Scottish law and voted not guilty.
