Please post what is happening at your tea party here, your location and attendance...and as always, lots of pictures:)
There's conservatives in Napa???????
Heh. No I didn’t upload it.
And no, I didn’t see the news at 6pm. Just tell me what I was doing and maybe I don’t want to know.
Roanoke Tea Party... just stopped counting at 400... probably 100 more.
For a weekday Boston Statehouse rally, it was a big crowd. I'd guess about 1000 people. There were lots of signs, and they were all hilarious.
I got a couple of folks from work to come with me and got to the party around noon.
The turnout was surprising for apathetic Utah. I wish I could give a count, but I didn't have a decent vantage point to do so. I do know, however, that the crowd spilled out of the Federal Building's large front and took up the sidewalk. Easily into the hundreds, maybe a thousand (again, no way I can give a credible count).
Speakers included Event organizers ("regular Joes") as well as the AG and Rep. Chaffetz and Bishop. Everyone chanted "Send them home" when the Governor, Sen Bennett and Hatch were mentioned. Great signs and people were there. I must thank mnehrling for his great graphic (here) I used as my sign (got lots of compliments).
Lots of honks and waves, including all the trucker that went passed while I was there.
The turn out was great especially given the awful weather (mix of rain and snow with a temp around 35). Each time a speaker said they would shorten their speech due to the weather the crowd shouted "no!". It was nice seeing the passion by those involved.
We left around 1PM (yup, had to get back to work, so we can have our money taken to "spread the wealth around").
We had a blast!
Great pics, sneakers. Way to go!
We had a good crowd across the hill in Eureka today. I took my pocket camera and not my good Nikon so my photos of the crowd from across the street was mostly of traffic...
“SUE YOUR ASS! FRink!
Update: Local media reporting a thousand protesters. Woo hoo!
Here are the photos of the Longview, Texas rally with Congressman Gohmert.

Greeting everyone. I just came from the train station (northern most train station in Atlanta) and let me tell you I have never seen such a crowded train station at this time of the day. IT WAS PACKED. (you would have thought the Red Sox were in town). Watch Hannity tonight there will be a super huge crowd there. Many people had Fair Tax signs and posters. It should be neat there is also a Braves game tonight a few blocks away from the GA Statehouse which is where Hannity is doing the show tonight I believe.
Great job everyone! I so appreciate the pictures.
I wasn’t able to leave work early enough but I drove past the tea party in Naples, FL towards the tail end around 2:00.
My heart burst with pride to see all of the great patriots waving their signs and flags. I gave hearty thumbs up and joined the chorus of horn honking in support.
Thanks for posting. My dad was there and said there was quite a turnout.
Tea Party in Cottonwood,Arizona very well attended for the size of town. At least 300 people or more stood with signs and waving letting the the drivers on the busiest intersection in Northern, Arizona know our rage about the way our government spends and wants more of our hard earned money. It was just a one hour rally but will be the beginning of taking back our Nation.
This thread is incredible!
Thank you all for being out there and for reporting back.
GREAT work, all!!!! I am with you in heart, mind and soul.
Anyway, everybody was just glad to be there with like-minded people. I believe that it IS true - conservatives ARE happier people! Even in the worst of times, we know we can rely on our own best instincts and survival skills. We don't need no steenking government to take care of us!
