Yes, that was the moment in time.
BTW, earlier when you referenced "fish with shoes" I thought, perhaps, you were attempting to ignite an evolution debate.
Those are always good for some real fireworks!
Europe polled around 85% for Obozo during the election as they did for Kerry. Who should be surprised?
Pray for America, Our Troops and obama’s Failure
Sadly, by the time Obama gets done making everyone a union member, legalizing all the illegal aliens, gaming the census, and putting his ACORN workers on it, it could all dems all the time. That's why he is moving so swiftly, in 2 years he could lose control of the Congress.
I have often run into European tourists here, and they are stunned by the fact that most people in the Midwest own homes with big yards, any child who wants to go to college can do so, that Americans are so friendly and welcoming.
SOmetimes I think the worlds would be better off with no news at all. We could call people on the phone and tell them what's going on.
Then I think, no, we have to know what's happening in Washington, as well as overseas.
The media is a curse on this nation.
My next door neighbors are retired Germans. Extreme leftists who want Katrina Healthcare.
Pray for America, Our Troops and Gov Jindal
Yes, geraldo said that. IT made me sick!! She has way too many teeth to be beautiful (see my post#226) She is a giant.
She looks like James Brown to me!!
Yes, and the more I feel contempt for the European media who do this (they're the ones with the "cultural" pretensions, right?)
There is no comparison between the elegance, grace, beauty and cultural background of Mrs. Kennedy vs. the klutziness and sullen scowl of Mrs. Obama. You just have to look at the picture of Mrs. Obama standing next to Mrs. Sarkozy to see the difference between a gussied-up frump and real elegance and beauty.
You have got to be kidding! OMG! And Time published it??!!
When it counts it's the Gen. Petreaeus’ and the mighty not the bozo family left that gets the call.
They were all destined to become superpowers, too, as soon as IWON could fairly level the playing field by ridding the world of America's nuclear arsenal, and its warmongering insanity. / sarc
I would consider it my failure if my child is forced to learn Chinese to bring food to my grandchildren's mouths, which is to say that with my very being, "I will do whatever I can while here about anything like that".

I think it was a matter of payback time - putting those white imperialists, who ruled Kenya once upon a time, in their place and showing them who is boss now.

They tried the best they could but they could really only use the website to put the record straight because of MSM bias.
http://georgewbush-whitehouse.archives.gov/infocus/bushrecord/index.html
This is a great example of our problem. The site is closed and there are no updates. It’s as though the site managers have thrown up their hands in surrender.
Just *&^^%%#_$%!!! Sorry. This is an example of why conservatives are upset with Bush and his legacy. Even in hind-sight these guys don’t seem be to able to muster a defense of the Bush 43 years. If the Bush people won’t defend his actions and policies, why are we conservatives under fire for doing so?
By any criteria, the Bush administration, including the first lady, had more pride, class and sophistication than preceeding administrations, and makes the Obama administration look as lame as they are.
And some people wonder why conservatives are upset. < /sarcasm >
My point is that the only way they had of defending themselves was this website because the MSM was so bias against them.
If you want a current site that is defending the Bush Adminstration then this is the one you need to visit.
Dr Deb advised us of this site on the monthly dose thread we are continuing to have on FR.
They knew the dissing of W was coming, since both presidential candidates used former President Bush as a punching bag last year. So when Barack Obama took over, some Bushies vowed to play defense when Ws record was maligned. Thus was born
an online community of former Bush team members. In the age of Facebook, says Bush spokesman Rob Saliterman, it made sense to create the page to stay in touch with each other. Besides networking, 43alumni will be countering stories about Bush that his team feels are unfair. A section called Setting the Record Straight, says Saliterman, will be responding to misleading and inaccurate comments about the presidents record. The site is still under construction but will be up and running by summer. It will be funded with dues paid by Bushies. -----------------------------------------------------------
this is what gets me
the media and the Dem Party go crawling to those groups all the time and yet do we have many of our lot coming on here or asking us what we want?
Do we have the media listening to us?
No
