That is very strange. Whatever happened to all warfare is based on deception. If I was in charge and we had decided to not intercept a missile firing, the last thing I would do is announce that fact. I was hoping that when Gates said that we were not prepared to respond militarily, it was to throw the NKers off guard. That missile should not have been allowed to leave the gantry, like you said earlier. There should be a crater there now. Israel now knows for certain it cannot count on Obama or Gates or Clinton.
