Possibly, through Clinton's Chinagate dealings. But I don't know. They did help NK with their nuke program.

NKorea launches rocket, defying world pressure

The image was collected Thursday April 2, 2009. North Korea plans to launch what it says is an experimental communications satellite — perhaps as early as Saturday — from its Musudan-ri facility in the northeastern part of the country.

Would have hit by now. Plus I doubt their accuracy, even if they've go the range, is sufficient to make a dirty bomb much of a threat to anybody. A real nuke might be a different issue.

SecDef Gates said last week, we are not prepared to respond militarily to the NK launch. It was already decided by Obama and announced, we would not contest the issue.

Likely. Prior to getting the ring magnet gyros, the Chinese and Korean missiles would become unstable and crash. Afterward, the Chinese put satellites and "tyconauts" into space. They were handed decades of advancement for a little campaign cash. In return, we have a legitimate concern about nukes falling on our soil. Treasonous bastard (the bent one).
